I am beyond disgusted by my experience with Bertha at this coffee shop. I asked for napkins for my 7-year-old son, and instead of providing clean ones, Bertha offered me a crumpled, USED napkin that had been sitting on a table. She even had the nerve to say it was from a previous customer who "didn’t use it." The napkin was clearly touched and unsanitary. Offering a used napkin to a child is absolutely unacceptable, unsanitary, and shocking. On top of that, her attitude was rude and dismissive, which only made the situation worse. Unfortunately, this is not a one-time issue—every time I come into this establishment, her customer service is poor and her attitude is unpleasant. This behavior reflects terribly on the business. Someone with this level of disregard for hygiene and customers should not be working in food service. I expect management to take this seriously and I expect a call back regarding this incident.

Absolutely delicious bacon egg and cheese sandwich with friendly service. If you’re catching a train in Bridgeport plan to get your breakfast here.

Kind and efficient staff. Good menu variety and staff are open to custom orders. Great place to grab a bite to eat while waiting for your train or to bring aboard!

This little business is right inside the train station in the lobby. I’ve been going there on/off over the years anytime I ride the train & want to grab some snacks/food or even anything to drink which they have a good variety of snacks/drinks & even make your food depending on your request based on the menu they have. You can eat either inside of the store or sit in 1 of the benches in the lobby. This spot has been a landmark at this location for as far back as I can remember.

This is not a 5 star restaurant, do not be fooled. This is a lunch counter in a train station you can get food here and it will be pretty good actually. Plenty of drinks to choose from and lots of candy for the train.

You should really add a phone number so people can contact the store. I left my bag there and had no way to call.

A tiny Red Bull and a tiny garbage Black Coffee are $8.70 but at first we're $7.42 which was surprising enough. 😮
