Starbucks Coffee Company

This is not the worst Starbucks I’ve been to, but that’s not saying much. I waited well over 10 minutes for one regular coffee and they were not busy at all. The music is so loud I can’t hear myself think. And the place is dirty, cluttered/messy, and generally not worth visiting.

I found a bug imbedded in my double smoked bacon, cheddar & egg sandwich. Very disgusting to notice after I already took a bite out of it.

I usually enjoy this Starbucks but this one is slowly going downhill. They had no inventory and they say it’s a shortage, but I was at a different Starbucks the other day and they had what we wanted. Only could get croissants for breakfast. They also didn’t have the add ins we wanted in our drinks. They also put milk in mine when I asked for soy due to an allergy. Very very upset by this. The staff were not very friendly as well. They were not busy at all even we came not even but like 2 people in the drive through and just us inside. Highly disappointed.

Sarah & her staff are always cordial & work fast here. Good energy & positive vibes. My daughter is a big fan of Starbucks. Enjoy swinging by this location.

Lately this Starbucks has really gone downhill. The service has been disappointing, and the employees haven’t been helpful at all. I work at the hospital and have been a loyal customer here for over 10 years, but the experience recently has been consistently poor. Honestly, it feels like they need to start fresh with a new team.

Waited for over 40 minutes in the drive thru line. No one came on the speaker of the drive thru machine. By the time I got my order the coffee was watery. Terrible service, do not waste your money at this location.

Literally been coming here for a few weeks since I moved to dogwood. There is always a line but don’t plan on getting in it unless you are ok with waiting 15-20 mins for your coffee. Today I went by after waiting 15 mins (with an order ahead) I took a sip of my venti coffee that mind you isn’t cheap and there were curdles of heavy cream in it! I was going to go back but with two babies in the back seat I was unable to. I threw the coffee away and mind you the curdles were like little nuggets of butter. So nasty. Never again I’ll drive a little further and go to another location because this one just ain’t it. I wish I could post picture of the coffee because your damn right I took one!
