I stopped by to try the chicken fried steak. The service and staff were top notch. I was excited because I had just accepted a new job. I look forward to being a part of the community of Bossier and Shreveport. Cafe USA has always had an awesome staff and they’re one of my favorite breakfast and lunch spots. I had lunch with my family and my father is a veteran and we really appreciate the patriotic display.

This was my first visit and my food was lukewarm. I never send food back because you never know what they might do to it before sending it back out. The waitress took our order, we got our food, and never saw her again unless she was clearing up our plates. The other staff, not sure who they were, were vey friendly. I will probably go back and try a different dish just to see if might be any better. Ordered okra, wasn't cooked all the way, it could've stayed in the frying for a couple more minutes, plus it was not fresh from the fryer. So like I said, lukewarm. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I think this one is necessary.

This is a small Cafe. Decorated very cute in everything Red, White & Blue. The Staff were so very friendly. We were traveling and stopped. We got there a couple of minutes before they closed. They let us in to eat. We ate while they were cleaning to close. We started off with Fried Pickle Spears. They were so good and juicy. I had the Burger with Tots. The Tots were crispy, crunchy and not soggy. The burger was perfect. Great flavor, juicy. Plenty of toppings. Husband had the daily special, Chicken Alfredo, Broccoli with Cheese, Garlic Bread and Chocolate Cake. The food was delicious. They never rushed us to eat. The Server came over and joked around with us. We will definitely stop by next time we travel through.

Good morning Good

The taste, freshness, and consistency of the coffee (e.g., espresso quality, latte art) and food (e.g., pastries, sandwiches, breakfast items). 🤝 Service: The friendliness, speed, and helpfulness of the baristas and staff. 🛋️ Atmosphere/Ambiance: The overall feel of the place, including decor, cleanliness, comfort of seating, noise level, and suitability for working or socializing. 💰 Value: Whether the price matches the quality of the experience and products.

I would rate 5 stars on everything but I can't figure out why out of the 4 times I've gone here, the waitresses won't smile, no friendly greetings unless they know you. I'm new to visit this place and the 1st visit, food and the waitress with long grey hair impressed me so much I wanted to bring my extended family to eat there. So I did, we were placed far right side back by restrooms, (mind you it's summertime) our table was near alot of windows no ceiling fans on, IT WAS VERY WARM! Had to ask twice to please turn fan on, then when time to order my Sister-n-law wanted breakfast ( btw you can order brkfst anytime) the waitress heavy sighed, we asked, can we get breakfast? Waitress said yes, it's just the cook doesn't like cooking breakfast. (NOT OUR PROBLEM) 3rd time I go back, because the food truly is good, again waitress was not friendly, we were table of 4, it's breakfast time, we ordered 2 fried eggs, bacon, grits, toast for 3 plates, & grilled cheese with sauté onions. It took an hour for us to get our food, so while we are waiting the waitress was very unattentive to refilling our drinks & coffee, never apologized for the wait. Food finally comes an hour later, it was good but we were still left with a bad taste in our mouth. I dont care how long you've been a waitress, I have been a waitress too and if you got a problem before going to work leave it outside the work place, kill people with kindness! Kindness goes a long way and it helps with your tips. I really like this place and want to send more people there but the waitresses make me not want to. Hello, Welcome, how are you, would you like a refill, SMILE, everything OK with your meal? There's younger women working here and older, when you got an older waitress not showing how to wait on someone and she's not being a good example it makes me disappointed. A bad waitress can kill your clientele in a heartbeat. We're paying customers who contribute to your tips and pay, be greatful for your job & paying customers. Without your customers you'd have no business!

Cute little restaurant. You can tell that they take pride in their business. The food was good, the people were amazing. Everyone who works there was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there.

Super clean, waitress was super friendly. Food was excellent. I got the ham and cheese only with grits and a biscuit. Best omelet I've had in a restaurant. Great flavor. Grits were perfect. Biscuit was soft and fresh. Great unsweet tea.
