Customer Reviews
PJ's Coffee has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 based on over 519 reviews on Google
I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share this to help others with food allergies. I placed an online order and stated no cheese in the special instructions area. My son has a dairy allergy so I request that no cheese is placed on his sandwich. I have attached the photo of where they put cheese on his sandwich. More money down the drain because this is not the first time that this has occurred. Unfortunately, this is the last time that I will be visiting because I really loved their beignets. The staff does not pay attention to detail and I wanted to write this review to warn others who may have food allergies as well. Please be mindful when visiting this location.
1. Mary was my server, she had name badge on ✅ 2. January 10th - 9:58 am! 3. It took less than 5 mins with ordering and receiving drink ✅ 4. Quality was EXCELLENT! I 100% will be back! 5. Mary was very sweet and had manners ✅ 6. I was properly greeted and they repeated order to assure I was getting what I asked for! I liked that! ✅ I think she was very sweet and professional! I will 100% be back Quickness ✅ and great service ✅
Painfully slow, I won’t be back. The atmosphere is phoned in, clean but phoned in. My food was made out of order, with multiple people ordering after me and being served before me, which considering I ordered 2 plain Lattes is offensive. Make cheaper coffee at home. You guys arent cool or nice enough to overcome that tired service.
Love this cozy coffee shop! The coffee is strong and the service is sweet! The new owners, Brandy and Brian Gelpi have really poured their heart into making this local coffee shop the best that it can be, and it shows! Their customer service is top notch!! I support this business and give it all 5 stars!
Great service and selection! Much better quality than what you’d find at a Starbucks, with some Louisiana inspiration-we got our first slice of king cake for the season here! Staff was polite and timely. Would recommend
I've been to PJ's a few times but each time I come away disappointed. It's not that anything is bad, it's just not great. This morning my wife and I decided to have a breakfast date. Our first choice was Another Broken Egg but it was a mad house so we left. My wife decided she wanted to try PJ's. She ordered a Mocha Cappuccino ☕ & a Ham & Cheese Croissant 🥐. I went for the White Chocolate Mocha Latte & Stuffed Waffle. Neither of us were impressed with anything we got. My White Mocha just tasted like the syrup without any cohesion between the milk and coffee. In fact, I couldn't taste the espresso at all. I've tried different drinks every time I've come but haven't hit on anything I would order again. I loved the inside. It was very nice and quiet. The staff was helpful and attentive. I just wished I liked the coffee better. While PJ's wouldn't be my go-to coffee or breakfast place, I would go there if I needed a quiet place to get some work done.
I ordered a 12 oz coffee and when I picked it up, it felt basically empty. I opened the lid and it was less than half full. I went to the desk and I asked if this was a 12 oz coffee to them. They then proceeded to just fill it with milk. Now I have a drink that literally just tastes like hot milk. Disappointing honestly that this isn’t what I paid for but what I received. I even tipped when I paid, I don’t understand. Please tell me you see how light this coffee is.
