Bamboo Asian Café

We’ve been going to Margaritaville for a few years and have been cheating ourselves by never trying Bamboo Asian Cafe until last night. The service and atmosphere are outstanding. We did not need a reservation for Sunday night but even a little after 5pm many tables were full. I had General Tso with fried rice. The portion is huge and chicken is was tender but crispy on the outside. Hubs had the Shaken beef & fried rice. Steak could literally be cut with a fork. The fried rice was just ok - tasted like the frozen kind which was a disappointment. We brought home leftovers. It is on the expensive side but most restaurants are in a casino. We always have food credit at Margaritaville and sometimes don’t use it but from now on it will always be spent at Bamboo even if we order take out.

We were seated quickly, and the host was very accommodating with our seating request. Our server was on top of everything and we never had to ask for refills. The food came out hot and delicious as expected.

Wow is this place amazing or what? I am totally shocked this place is not packed nightly. Their food is Excellent! Go and try it, many excellent dishes are served. It is pricey but well worth it. Most dishes are large enough to share so that helps. Wife had the Orange chicken last night and it was Amazing, must try. Had to order fried rice on the side but definately worth it. I had the Umami Ribeye steak and it was awesome. Going to go down the menu list trying different dishes. Last time we tried Chicken fried rice and Shrimp fried rice and both were Excellent! Cubed Filet Mignon is Amazing as is Pho beef and brisket soup.

We had a wonderful experience here. They made me chicken curry to order with no onions due to an allergy. That is so rare. It was really good. My husband had sweet and sour chicken and his was good as well.

Visited this restaurant for dinner during our first visit to Margaritaville Resort and Casino. The food was good but the portions were a little light for the price. The General Tso Chicken was crispy and tasty. The service was good. The only small issue was the table was cleaned but it seemed dirty with all the smear marks on it.

The pho was pretty good! Our waitress did a fantastic job having to take care of 3 tables for our friends and family. I would likely come back in the future if I have time. Also, the restaurant was decorated nicely!

The service is phenomenal. Our waitress was attentive, quick, and extremely polite. The food is terrible. We got egg rolls and Mongolian beef. The egg rolls were great. The Mongolian beef tasted like it came out of a bag from a grocery store. The sauce tasted like brown gravy mix and soy sauce. It was not good.
