Longfei Chinese Restaurant

Floor was very sticky and the place was pretty empty yet it took 10 minutes for the waitress to take our order and 25 minutes before the appetizer came out. The remainder of the food took and additional 1o minutes and I had to extend my parking meter by 45 minutes. The food was just ok.

Delivering for Hungry Panda brings me to all the authentic spots in Btown. Decided to get my go to first time pick of PadThai. Though they are a Chinese restaurant I went with my default starting option. The House Special Pad Thai offered all the meats (chicken, pork, shrimp & beef) and plenty of veggies with wide noodles. It did Not have the traditional peanut topping (*for those of you with peanut allergies, I did not ask to make surethat the dish was peanut/tree nut free*) it also did not have the traditional fish sauce taste either. Overall it was delicious and tasted more like a Drunken Noodle. I look forward to trying more of their menu soon.

Stopped in for lunch one day this past week. Got the chicken fried rice and an egg roll. Everything tasted great, and it all cost less than $20. Paid in cash and my server pocketed the change without even asking me first, which I found a bit odd. Otherwise no complaints.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Bloomington. The food is always perfect and comes out quickly. The servers are extremely friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the honey chicken for others who love savory and sweet dishes! It is also the only restaurant I've found that serves steamed pork buns. I would also highly recommend those!

Phenomenal Explosion of Epic lovely wonderful flavor!!! I ordered the spiced lamb with Veggie in Szechuan Sauce #9 and Holy Moses was it good. Chef looks better than Jackie Chan and was super fast with perfection and happy:). Hostess was wonderful as well. Spring roll and pan seared dumpling were also smoking good!!!

I wasn't expecting this to be so good... When I parked the smell permeating from the building was amazing.. When I entered the door the ambiance was unassuming.. I took a look at the menu and many of the offerings were authentic chinese (offal) which is too exotic for my taste. I found the Americanized Chinese food in the front of the menu and ordered the a spicy and flavorful Chinese dish Szechuan Beef.. This was honestly the best chinese dish as well as Chinese food I've had in my life.. The beef was succulent, the vegetables were fresh. What amazed me the most was that the a spicy and flavorful Chinese dish chili peppers were fresh ! Usually, they are dried and tough but not and Longdfei. I highly recommend this dish here. I will be back often during my time in Bloomington.

My daughter and I wanted to eat before heading home for Thanksgiving. We went here because it is recommended by her Chinese lecture professor. I was surprised by its authenticity. I certainly like to go back, and recommend for people who want real Chinese foods in this small town.
