Wings were perfect in size and crispy. I wish it had a little more salt. Flavor profile wasn’t profound. Corn Fries were …interesting. Had a LOT of corn seasoning. The fries themselves were cooked to perfection. The wait was kind of long (25min) but it was the second opening week. We would definitely go back and try the other flavors and (regular fries ).

First time here and I’m definitely coming back! Some of the best chicken wings I’ve had in a while - thanks for the recommendations.. need to try their spicy ones next.

Tried this new place on Saturday. There was a line to order as it's new and popular, but the staff kept things moving and were very efficient and professional. They told us it would take 40 min for our order to come out, but we actually got the food in 20 min. My husband and I got the wings and tried the Black Aglio and Gimme Basak flavors. We also got the fries with corn seasoning. The wings were nicely fried with crispy skin and juicy meat. That said, the flavors could have been improved. The sauce for the Black Aglio was nicely savory but there wasn't much garlic flavor at all. The Gimme Basak has a nice seaweed flavor but I feel the wings could have been better tossed for more even coating. But overall, the wings were good. The fries were awful. I have no idea what the corn seasoning is supposed to be but there's very little corn flavor. It's primarily just overwhelmingly sweet. I felt like I was eating breakfast cereal. It didn't balance the chicken well and we ended up throwing most of it away even though I usually can eat endless fries. Overall, we'd be willing to come back another time to try a couple more flavors. That said, we live close to Hi Wings so this place likely won't be a frequent stop for us, nor do we think it's one of the best K wings place in town.

Best Korean fried chicken I’ve ever had. Granted, I wouldn’t call myself a connoisseur… but I had a really great experience here. First one in line at 11am on a Sunday and there were already like 5 people behind me. The woman behind the counter was very kind and informative with all the questions I had. I learned about the cooking process, how everything’s made fresh, and that it’d be a 15 minute wait. She was true to her word and it was def worth the wait! I tried the black aglio wings, regular fries, & black cheese balls. I know it’s a minor detail, but the to-go packaging was really impressive to me. And I was so happy to get a nice reusable bag with my order lol. Ok, but the food was really good. The wings weren’t drenched in sauce, had a good flavor and crisp to it, and they were fresh… still steaming as I bit into it. The black cheese balls I assumed would be breaded but seemed like it was either a mochi or taro outer layer, which was a yummy surprise. Fries were good… didn’t try the corn fries since all the reviews said to avoid it but I think I’ll be down to try a more interesting flavor next time! This is def my go to place for Korean friend chicken from now on 😋🍗

Same great feel and the changes to the menu are quite nice. The Aglio garlic is a nice new addition to the menu, love the whole roasted garlic pieces. The Gimme Basak is a softer pallets flavor that would be great if you really want the flavor of the chicken to pop! Overall great changes. Will say one note, will miss the shishito peppers.

First of all, I didn’t have any expectations coming in — but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the chicken half Jalapeño Mayo and half Soy. The flavor was amazing, and the chicken stayed perfectly crispy even after being tossed in the sauce. The cashier was very helpful and kindly guided me through the entire menu. I highly recommend this place. And don’t forget to grab a beer and enjoy it "Chi-Mak" style — the Korean way of saying chicken and beer!

Food was delicious! Order the cream cheese balls, you won't regret it. Aglio and spicy flavor were the ones we tried and they were both bursting with flavor with perfectly cooked chicken. Crispy but still juicy and moist! It's on the more expensive side but worth it. Service was friendly. Will be returning.
