We stumbled upon this place for a quick date-day lunch and were really impressed by the unique atmosphere and fun menu. They’re known for their smash burgers—and we’d have to agree, the burger was fabulous. That said, at a whopping $24 (after upgrading fries to soup), it did feel a bit pricey. Still, the quality was there and overall felt fair for what you get. We took advantage of their half-price appetizers from 2–5 PM Monday through Friday, which definitely helped balance the value of the meal. The bar atmosphere was great with a solid selection of beers on tap. Our bartender, Grace, was awesome—friendly and very knowledgeable about both the food and drink options. The space has a nice lounge vibe, making it a great spot to relax. We’ll definitely be back!

1st time eating here and we had a great meal. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was perfect. We happened to eat at park johns the other night and this place is 1000 times better. Hands down the best restaurant we have gone to in a long time. Only problem was I couldn't finish all my food. Everything was perfect, fresh, and the entire building was extremely clean and comfortable. Also Ben did a great job as our server! The manager was really friendly and you can tell he cares about his customers.

Sat at the bar to wait for our table. They quoted us 30 minutes so we went ahead and ordered food. It honestly didn't feel that long but they were spot-on! Everyone on the staff was smiling, energetic, and just overall really pleasant to interact with. The cheese curds at the top of the dish were a little on the saltier side, but still yummy. The smash burgers were DELICIOUS!!! I got the Black & Bleu Burger with tomatoes and he got the Bacon Jam Burger. Great flavor combinations, perfectly cooked, and beautifully set. The house salad was lightly dressed--just the way I like it. So, you could taste all of the components. This was a great first experience in Wisconsin for me!

A great place to get great eats! Just west of downtown, but a very busy place. Service is great, drinks are great and our meals were fantastic 😋 Little bit loud in the bar area but we were still able to hear each other. We went on a Tuesday with about a 35 minute wait but have heard it can sometimes be longer depending on which day you go. Parking is a bit troublesome because the lot is small so you may need to park in the street. Other than that, meals were soooooo good along with the cheese curds, and the Brussel sprouts for appetizers. Pretty sure you will be satisfied if you go. Just be patient 😌 🙏

Stopped in Appleton for a work trip and found this restaurant. Maybe it's because I live in a bland food land (Denver, CO), but this was one of the best smash burgers with cheese that I've ever had. We also got the brussel sprouts appetizers and they were absolutely perfect. The tater tots were crunchy to perfection. We had a GF person at our table who was concerned about eating the brussel sprouts and the cook even came out and expressed our concerns. Definitely don't see that kind of care in Denver either! Would ABSOLUTELY stop here again. Or just open a location in Denver! 🙂

My foodie friend and I gave this new place a try, and I must say that first impressions make the whole experience. While the service was off filter, I must give grace that our server appeared to be new and in training, however it still does not excuse innatentive service and low taste standards. We both had a different smash burger, and I indulged in the tot appetizer with mushrooms and a pesto aoli. The tots were standard frozen tots, and the mushrooms seemed to have been from a canned origin. I would have expected more of a freshly prepared presentation. On to the smash burgers. While they were good, they weren't anything extraordinary to write home about for the price. The atmosphere seems to be more upscale casual, however the seating leaves much to be desired (the chair I was seated in was very rickety) and the gnats flying around our empty sodas were unappetizing. I will possibly give it another try, however I will not make it a new destination spot, as there are many other establishments that provide a better experience without a $60 price tag.

Quick stop for lunch with my boss after a meeting in town. Opted for the street corn tots with smoked chicken and they were fabulous! Boss went for the blackened salmon blt which she said was equally good. Looking forward to coming back to try a lot of other menu items! Full bar is a nice touch.
