I have an exceptional experience every time I visit this lovely book store. I always notice staff working diligently to keep the store clean and organized. I would like to shoutout Cameron for his great service and recommendations on some good reads! I can say every associate I have worked with has treated me with respect and a willingness to help you don’t see too often in retail. Thank you to all, for providing a safe place for me to relax, work on homework or simply browse around for fun. It is truly appreciated.

I purchased the membership on May 14, 2024, after your store employees assured me that I would receive regular discounts on book purchases and access to useful coupons. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. Today, while attempting to purchase a real estate book, I was unable to apply any discount at all. This is very disappointing, especially because I was encouraged to buy the membership with the promise of savings on future purchases. To make the situation worse, the coupons sent to me after purchasing the membership had already expired some dating back to December 2023, years before I even became a member. This made me feel misled and taken advantage of, as it seems I was sold a membership under false information just for the sake of making a sale. I have attached the images showing the expired coupons, as well as the screenshot of the email I received on my membership purchase date in May 2024, where you can clearly see that the provided coupon had already expired. At this point, I would like a proper resolution, as I am not receiving any of the benefits I paid for. Please advise how you plan to address this issue and assist me in receiving the discounts and perks that were promised.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time looking at the different collectibles and blind boxes! Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about product. We will be returning! 🙂

This was a terrible experience!! The cashier/customer service person kept insisting on trying to help me find a book that he had no idea of didn't know the author didn't know where to find it. And when we did find one which wasn't the version I was looking for he insisted that this was it, even though I knew specifically, what I was looking for? Why would you hire people in a bookstore that have no idea of the books that are being sold? And it's really bizarre because I have been trying to find a part time job , and I would love to work in the bookstore , but apparently I'm either overqualified or not qualified enough to work in a bookstore when I have a master's degree in literature!!!

Nice and quiet. The cafe wasn't bad too. Lots of reading material and seats. I was impressed. Good place to be for a quiet time and enjoy reading.

Found a cookbook I was looking for, it was a Christmas gift for my daughter. The clerk who helped me out was great. Thank you

Still the best place in warner robins for books for the whole family. We enjoy it everytime we go.
