Very over-priced. Found almost all my books either brand new or used in brand new condition in most cases 75%-80% off of what the Bookie was asking. In many cases was even cheaper than their rentals. Would highly recommend looking before using this service. That said super friendly and helpful staff if you do need to use them!

Cheaper to get your books and other supplies almost anywhere else. Nice place for coug merch, however. Most of the staff are nice but on multiple occasions I hear one of the older employees talking poorly about students, and oftentimes brings the atmosphere down

It is rather disappointing. I had thought that now that the campus has a proper bookstore, it would be a little better, than when I was a student, and later a professor there. I wonder when they will start having some services on campus. It has grown so much, but they still have a terribly anemic bookstore and insignificant food service, for just a few hours a day. Being such an isolated, rural campus, the lack of these two services show a terrible disregard for both students & faculty, which I am at a loss to explain.

Absolutely lovely staff, very kind and helpful. But please, if you're buying books, check online first. 9 times out of 10 you can find the thing you need for a significantly cheaper price. Just make sure to do this a couple WEEKS before the quarter starts so it can be shipped to you before the start of the semester. Good luck and study hard 🙂

The young lady who helped me find my daughter's books wad so friendly and helpful. She made sure that I got the right books, that I knew my choices and took extra time to make sure the books were in good, if not excellent condition! Thank you to her!

Prices are pretty high especially for how much they charge for tuition already, I don't know where all the money goes either as there products are cheap and there staff are mediocre. Overall if they weren't so close and convient for students I doubt they would be in business.
