The seemingly middle-aged woman working as cashier at the front counter was loudly humiliating a man who asked to use the bathroom. "It's for customers only! I'll be with you in a minute!" she shouted. This happened repeatedly so it was probably as off-putting to all those waiting in line as it was to me when I was trying to browse the gift section not too far from the counters. I feel like this could be handled much better with a lot more grace for the comfort of all involved. I don't care if that is your policy or not, it is ridiculously inhumane. This place has changed a lot since before Covid. I am debating renewing my Premium membership and feeling like I don't want to reward this corporation.

I love Barnes & Noble! I could really spend all day there, every day! Unfortunately, I don’t get there very often. It is a beautiful place, that feels like a boutique, and has its own cafe! The employees are so friendly and helpful! Almost any book, game, magazine, activity, puzzle, and so many gifts can be found here!

Used to love browsing and reading and buying books at Barnes and noble. They had lots of places to sit in comfortable chairs and I could nestle in and spend time enjoying the book rich atmosphere. Surprise they have taken out the comfortable seating and little nooks to read and browse. So disappointed in them. Makes me want to buy my books online and sit in my own comfortable spot.

Good staff who are very helpful, because there are so many books. They walk up and ask if you need help finding something and I'm not proud; I did. Super comfortable place to shop. I know going online is convenient, but coming in here, browsing around, maybe stopping for a cup of coffee after finding "that book". It's an experience you don't get from a screen while sitting on your couch at home.

This Barnes and Noble has always been clean, welcoming, and staffed with friendly and relatable people! The staff are happy to assist you and order anything they don't have on the shelves. I always love stopping in here as a way to treat myself.

There is a Starbucks inside the bookstore. It's a great place to enjoy coffee and then walk the bookstore after. The children's section is wonderful! There are so many books and toys. I do wish there was more of a selection of Christian books and bibles as most Christian bookstores have closed. I used to love going into the Christian bookstore at the mall with my son and picking out a children's book together. But that store closed. Now we get all those books online. For this reason, we don't purchase many books from Barnes & Noble. But it is still a wonderful bookstore and we love coming! You won't be disappointed.

Great location to spend time in. Really enjoy the coffee shop and looking through the board games. Shout out to an employee named Oscar who helped me find a book for my students. He really seems to know his way around!
