Tony is such an amazing guy. My subscription is alway well put together and the shop is absolutely full of all kinds of fun and great gift ideas. This is my comic shop 4 ever!!!

Space Monkey has become my LCS with all of my subscriptions. Even before they opened, they reached out to me, expressing interest in carrying my self published comics. Tony is extremely personable and friendly. Since expanding, the shop has become even better. They have regular back issue sales, offer consignment and routinely put out new collections. It's a family and locally owned business that also has a great community feel. They host sidewalk sale events with local artists and vendors several times a year. If you open a subscription with them, Space Monkey offers free bags and boards on all comics and a discount on top of that.

Best of the five comic shops I visited in Tucson. Owner was extremely friendly, had a vast selection of new books and a extensive amount of old books - including a bunch of independent books. Books were not high priced and lower than most of the other shops in area. Just a cool shop with a lot to offer, and as a frequent traveler, these are the stores I enjoy finding in the places I visit.

I've been taking my son to several comic book stores around Tucson until Space Monkey was recommended to us by a friend. We were impressed from the first day we walked in. Not only is it organized and have a great selection, the owner Tony is very personable and pays attention to every customer that walks in. The subscription service that they offer is top notch and VERY convenient. The only regret we have.. is not finding out about this store sooner! Totally recommend!
