Walmart

What a Walmart! Lots of stuff at great prices! They always have what I need (and that’s saying a lot)! I get my windshield wipers from here usually and some other stuff as well, got some window shades from here… love shopping here it’s usually pretty peaceful and they’ve got tons of stuff to buy!

I cannot stress how much driving to Freehold or another wal mart (vs Howell) is well worth it. It's the crowds the staff the customers the parking....not an ideal location, however there are days and times it is recommended to favor. Avoid Sundays altogether in my opinion. Pharmacy here and staff there are top notch.

Apparently someone at Walmart was dropped on their head as a child. This button does nothing. If you see anything locked in a case, buy those items elsewhere til they learn to give ALL associates a key. 4 employees walked by and couldn’t open it. I hit the button over a dozen times and 2 useless announcements.

Terrible experience here. I paid for a computer hard drive online so I could make monthly payments but it was available in my store. I went to pick it up and they refused to let me go grab it off the shelf and bring it to the pickup area. This is by far the most counter productive thing I have ever heard of. I would be doing their job giving them one less item to go grab. I already paid so I don't see how it makes ANY SENSE AT ALL to not let me just go get my property. It was something they need to open for me to get or I would have just left with it. Terrible store policy. I think this needs a little common sense and discretion. To not let someone help you do your job by going and getting their item they already paid for, its just stupid. Ill go somewhere else for my computer parts from now on.

Was at the store at ten a m this morning. Needed cologne behind one of the locked glass doors. Stood there for fifteen minutes pushing the customer service button. StopEd three employees to ask for help , but no one had a key. I asked if they could get someone who had a key , and they reluctantly said they would. No.nHelp!!! Five minutes later , I stopped another employee , a sweet young guy and he unlocked the door. Walmart you should be ashamed of yourself !!!

last night was the second time within the past few months that i have seen a manager berating an employee in front of the customers. the first instance had someone going on a power trip and demeaning a young man, and the second instance had a manager threatening to fire someone. it is extremely uncomfortable to see. there were different managers both times, both women. people are not here to be berated. they do not work to be publicly humiliated. do better. i don't care if they did something to deserve it. your managers need to learn to take it out of the view of the customer. there is absolutely no reason to berate and humiliate your associates in the middle of the aisles. unless it's part of the fun to humiliate them? who knows with this location. but y'all disappoint me.

I honestly go there all the time for everything I can get. Prices are great. People are very nice that work there and it's very convenient. Also, I can order things online and pick up items in their pickup section outside the store. I highly recommend them
