Half Price Books

Vibes were immaculate. Happy and friendly staff! Super cozy and welcoming environment. The selection is absolutely amazing. This is exactly the kind of place I loved going to shop around when I was growing up so it was great to step into a little slice of magic again.

Very nice store with a huge selection of anything you might want, books, vinyl, cds, games, you name it. A little confusing though, store needs better signage on what is new books and what is used, only issue i had there. Looked clean and smelled clean

Well I took all my doctoral psychology books to half price book. I had in bran new shape. They looked like new. I figured w the Statistics books and all the psychology books that I would get more than $16.00. I asked if they were serious and the guy said that they were old. Well I bought these books and finished the program 3 yrs ago. I was walking to the cashier and decided to turn back. I saw the guy laughing and got serious when I approached him. I asked how much those books will sell for and he said $5.00 more or less. I had at least 30 books. These people are "rip offs. Don’t bother to come here. By the way they do not give you an itemized receipt. Ok so I received $16.00 but the straw that broke the camels back" was the laughter after he thought I walked away. These are not professional people. Take your books to some other place like L&M book stores. I believe they still exist. 🤮

I had not been in this location in a number of years. I was pleasantly surprised! The store was clean, well lighted and well organized. I'd rank it only slightly below some of the "name-brand" bookstores.

Went to half Price books items, however they were too old and didn't get anything back. However, the staff was very kind and understanding, and professional. If you want to go there and check out their books and other items it is a really good place to go.

Not what it used to be and has become very disappointing. Selection has taken a hard nose dive. Where staff was once kind and helpful. The kind staff seems to have moved on and has been replaced by rude, unwelcoming, unhelpful and barely communicative people. Really low ball offers if you try to trade in used books. Very meh.

Why pay full price for books? Half Price Bboks has a great selection of books for every genre, every interest. I always check here before I pay full price.
