Went in. Went to the desk. Inquired as to whether that had two books in stock that I wanted and assumed I would be directed to. Instead, the man says, "give me a minute and I will be back with them!" That is fabulous customer service!

Went in to get a few books, the cashier showed great hospitality, very cheerful and had a great positive aura. Just her smile and high energy made my negative day instantly better! She also explained the new rewards program to me, silly me I still thought it was the old program so didnt use my rewards membership for Starbucks. Next time!

They have $5 book deal in the cafe of barnes and noble. Buy a cookie and get this book for this month if it hasn't changed already.

Glad there's still brick & mortar stores around. B& N is a staple in bookworld, but not always promised.....since not everyone can get to a location. Appreciate their presence in San Antonio. Attended a local author book release Q&A and signing, very nice they promote these types of events. My one issue with a main stream national store brand is that they "have" to allow most things so while walking around I was hit with profanity on some titles. NOT what I want to be seeing, it's unfortunate, especially for ppl there with children. I hope the staff will be mindful to keep those titles on a top shelf or viewing area away from where kids can read that too. Our world is only going to improve with positivity and helpful speech.

Very happy to report that B&N is back, now that one of my kids LOVE it and prefers it to online shopping. Not that we pass up competitive online deals or second hand bookstores, but B&N rates a first stop. And we do appreciate the membership benefits, including coupons to the cafe!

We were looking for a copy of Dr. Siegal's new book and couldn't find it anywhere and a young man found the last one for us upstairs. Always fun to spend a couple of hours in a bookstore. You never want to leave.

My daughter took me here to find a couple of gift books for newly married family member. This place is very organized, clean, with a coffee shop, restrooms and children book section. We bumped into a few colleg boys studying in this quiet atmosphere. .
