Came here after hearing about a new book store in town. It's in the shopping center and there is plenty of parking. The book store is very nice and spacious. They have a couple back rooms with other odds and ends and they have a great selection of books. They also have a coffee bar and some drinks and snacks for sale. There is seating as well and a children's section. They host events for book clubs also. I am not a fan of buying books new but they also have a used book section as well if you want to check out their small used books section. As a family of avid readers we will most likely be back.

My husband and I have been searching for a new cozy bookstore, and we are so happy we stumbled upon this gem! The owner and staff were so sweet and welcoming. They have a great selection to choose from!

Nook & Press is a truly beautiful and magical place. My daughter wanted a blind date with a book but we have never been able to find any for kids. The owner hand picked a book and made her one right then. She was over the moon with excitement and is already reading it! We have also attended their trivia nights and had a blast. Wonderful place with wonderful people!

This is a really great place. The store has a wonderful feel and the staff was attentive and welcoming. The children’s area is inviting and a cool wardrobe entrance makes it feel magical. There is comfortable seating to test drive a few pages before you make your selection.

I was absolutely blown away by this bookstore. It’s not just a bookstore — it’s a whole vibe. The decor, the layout, the design, the literal walls of books… it’s magical. There are cozy back rooms with couches where you can sit and read instead of feeling rushed to buy and leave. And the magic wardrobe you walk through to get to the children’s room? Pure genius. So fun. You can pick up a book, or you can choose a blind date with a book, which is such a cute idea — and actually affordable. And honestly, the best part? I was raving about the place to my husband, and the owner overheard and came over. She was incredible. Her husband was incredible. Just genuinely wonderful people. I’ve traveled a lot — big cities, tiny towns, tons of bookstores — and I’ve never seen anything as beautiful, creative, or fun as this one. Highly, highly recommend.

Nook & Press absolutely blew me away at their opening — endless choices, beautifully clean and organized, and the sweetest magical corners where you can buy anything you see. I picked up a vintage handbag! But the real treasure? The children’s section…there’s a *secret door* that opens into pure magic every kid will adore. ✨📚💛 Well done!

This is such a cute bookstore & a small & welcomed gem in San Angelo! It is set up so nicely & organized. Everyone was very nice & helpful.
