A-1 Comics

Always the best prices and deals. Friendly customer service. Favorite Comic book store in the North state. One complaint is when you want to trade in comics or cards they wouldn't take them even at super cheap trade in credit. Maybe change the sign out front to say "will sometimes take trades".

Something about comic book shops and card shops makes me uncomfortable. However these guys are pretty ok. I appreciate their service. This store is large and open enough to not be too cramped when walking down the aisles. They have a decent selection of cards and comics. They also have a game area. IDK what for. Maybe DND and the like? Warhammer? MTG? Pokemon? What ever. It's nice. Go buy a book.

Awesome Store -Rude Workers I will never shop here again. Life long comic fan. Short haired Blonde girl needs to be Checked on her attitude. Because She is losing you business..you lost mine

I am not been to a comic book store in decades and it was very nostalgic visiting a one comics. I think this comic book store has been there for many years and I have always wanted to stop in and check it out. I think the guys name was John Mark who was super friendly and very helpful with helping me find some different graphic novels for myself and my son. The store appeared to be very well organized and the employee knew exactly where everything was. The store could definitely use a woman’s touch though, a lot of bare wall space that has limitless possibilities. I noticed they had an area of the store just for table games, I wonder if they organize tournaments different card and board games? They had exactly what we were looking for and it was a great experience.

Personally will never be coming back here again. I went to take in some of my cards and they basically told me okay. Will call you back either at the end of today today or at noon tomorrow which I was fine with. I call them at about noon. They tell me they haven't touched my cards. I come in to pick up my cards. My boyfriend gives me my cards. I find out that the cards are in a different order than how I left them that night and I'm aware that I pulled some cards out but I remembered which card I put on top specifically because I do not trust these people with my cards. They openly lied to my boyfriend and said that they did not look inside of them when I could tell that they took two full art cards out of my stuff without giving me any money about it. I told my boyfriend to go in there and ask them about it. He told me that the dude behind the counter laughed at him. Never take your cards here. They're sheisty and scandalous and laughing at your customers is unacceptable behavior You guys might reserve the right to refuse service to anybody, but I reserve the right to never take my mythic rare cards to you or my generation one pokémon cards either I'm going to go sell them to collectors who actually care about their cards. Not a shop like you guys who takes advantage of small people just because we're individuals not a large group

I uaed to like them but they are awful now. Terrible for trading. I brought in cards to trade. They had me bring them all in then wouldn't even look at them and made me leave. Said that I could come back with other worker but every time I tried the same thing happend plus thier workers are so rude and stock is never available overall this place has gone downhill so bad

Probably the best service I've had in a comic book shop in awhile. Was asked if I needed help when I wandered into the back issues section and was promptly brought to the titles I was after. Got some great issue as well as a variant of a modern run featuring a favorite character of mine. The guys at the register were also super friendly and fast. Great experience.
