Sprouts Farmers Market

I've been a frequent shopper at Sprouts and have always appreciated the quality of foods they offer. However, my recent experiences have been consistently disappointing due to the customer service issues I've encountered. Great selection and quality of fresh produce, meats, and other grocery items. The store carries high-quality products that I value as a shopper. Unfortunately, the customer service has been extremely offputting. The rudeness extends across multiple department. I've visited the deli and meat counter multiple times to ask questions or request items, only to have employees purposely ignore me. They make eye contact but take several minutes before acknowledging customers. This deliberate avoidance is frustrating and unprofessional. I was actually in the store when I witnessed a cashier yelling at another customer. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable in a retail environment and makes for a very uncomfortable shopping experience. Another ongoing problem is that items marked down for clearance don't ring up at the discounted prices. When I've brought this to cashiers' attention, they've admitted this is a common occurrence, yet nothing seems to be done to fix the issue. If management is aware that prices aren't ringing up correctly, why hasn't this been addressed? The combination of poor customer service and persistent pricing issues raises questions about management's attention to these problems. It's disappointing to see a store with such good product quality fall short in basic customer service and operational reliability.

I love all of the variety of products that I find at Sprouts because many grocery stores now only sell certain brands because of budgeting cuts You always get freshness at Sprouts and that's what I like. Customer service is exceptional, they are always making sure you find what you're looking for, and they will stop and go out of their way to get you what you need. I love the healthy choices of food here.

We went there the first day they opened and fell in love with their produce section! Everything looked SO good and fresh! My wife loves getting their large gallon jugs of organic apple juice for our son to drink and he has always loved it. He drinks it daily. We also love their deli-thin-sliced corned beef and large dill pickles. Love how the workers there will also allow you to sample something if you wanna know what it tastes like first. Very friendly workers there any time we have gone. Great place to shop at. Feels like a Farmers Market.

Drove to this Sprouts from Rocky Mount with my mom and best friend for a shopping day in Raleigh. They had great sales going on and Wilbert took the time to show us their samples. Our favorite part is the bulk section where you can pick exactly how much you want/need of a product. Check out was easy and super friendly as well. Will be back!

Sprouts is/was my favorite place to get healthy foods. However, getting out of this store is painfully slow. The cashiers spend way too much time chatting up a storm while the line continues to back up. You should plan to wait close to 20 minutes just to get through two people in front of you. I have given this store plenty of chances but clearly the manager just hires anyone they can get. I expect much more from a premium grocery store. My time is valuable and I don't appreciate the nonchalant attitude the cashiers have.

This Sprouts, I finds the staff helpful and friendly. The variety of foods, dry foods, and coffees are slightly less. They did not have many holiday items this year, or only a very small shipment for a large area. I deduced a star becaus the parking lot is ackward and unreasonable. Typical Raleigh lack of planning! NC is not the place for common sense when it comes to infrastructure. And this is not the worst but definitely could have a better parking set up.

First experience here and quite possibly worse than even any other retail experience. Cameron was extremely rude, I mean exceptionally from the initial interaction. There is a massive display fully covered in "BOGO". But upon checkout no discounts applied. Asked about this and was immediately snapped at and told "go read the fine print" (this was for a more expensive product so it doubled my expected cost) After this, multiple other store employees acknowledged that this was misleading but continued to mock and ignore me. Spent over 100 unexpectedly and honestly wish I hadn’t had to interact with the staff they had today. Hopefully other people have better experiences as I fully regret mine.
