JC Raulston Arboretum

I was a featured artist in The Moonlight in the Garden Event! I had been told it was going to be a big deal with a lot of people visiting this night time event but I didn't know how big it was going to be. Although it was very busy with hot cider, live music and exciting lighted garden sights it still maintained a wonderful ambiance. I enjoyed talking to people visiting my display of internally lit glass sculptures. To experience people interacting with my works in this environment as personally very rewarding to me. I do believe like the stars in the sky we share and spead the light together. Fred Mead

Went to the midnight in the garden event it was great! Get there when it opens so your food truck lines aren't to long. Food trucks were great ,gardens were beautiful. Fun had by all , lots of photos opportunities.

This small arboretum is such a charmer. It’s a delightful place to take a walk and explore plants. Because it seeks to determine the viability of new introductions in our area it’s also great for professionals seeking to expand their plant palette. Besides, it has my favorite Japanese maple in the world. I was surprised to see the lathe house has been largely rebuilt, and the White Garden has a new fountain.

Beautiful place! We attended a wedding here and it was beautiful! The wedding was at 5 pm and it was super hot but the trees and foliage did provide some shade. The visitors center was nice The reception was held there. It was cool a safe haven from the heat. This is a lovely place, and I will definitely return just to visit. It's a great place to take professional pictures. There are so many different areas and flowers. Water features and all kinds of good things. The space is beautiful, but i do not have the constant from the couple to post their pictures, so this is all I could share. They even had a memorial there that day.

Raulston Arboretum is a lovely area to visit on a pleasant weather day. I appreciate that much of it is passable for a wheelchair so my husband and I were able to take my mom out to enjoy the flowers and artwork on a gorgeous day.

We went for night lights special. Slightly expensive $34. Weather was great and everything is very pretty with lights and good weather. Not to be confused with Christmas lights ( not Christmas lights).

A beautiful garden. They are many spots and plants. Flowers, trees , beautiful paths . You can spend an hour or two to fully explore and enjoy the place . Have your water with you as they don't have anything in the store
