It's a very cozy store. It has so much to offer and a great selection of lovely books depending on what you're seeking to discover. Great for both the casual purveyor to the diehard daily reader. They also have stellar kids sections, which has reading events from time to time, and also great gifts from notebooks to holiday specific gift designed sets. It's definitely a must stop by if in the neighborhood. And if all you're looking for is a warm Starbucks drinks, this is as good a place to stop as any.

Had an entire section for vinyls, cds and DVDs. There is also a wall of Harry Potter stuff if you’re interested in hp. Very clean and well kept and the staff was very nice I needed help finding a few books on my tbr!

Some kid fell asleep while studying in the coffee shop. The manager from the front desk comes up and treats him like he's homeless. So rude and disrespectful. And he had purchased a book. I'll just get mine from Amazon instead of having to watch others being acousted by management for no good reason.

I frequent B&N storefronts for print books and pay for their membership I took a chance buying birthday gifts for family and wound up needing to return as duplicates were purchased. The clerk refused to look up the number it was purchased under. I guess the policy has changed since November 21st 2025. Skipping this store from now on I will drive to Encinitas or La Jolla.

I visit this store everything I am in town. Love their selection. Clean store and friendly staff!

Love that we still have brick and mortar book stores, esp for kids to be exposed to books and not just screen time ebooks, etc. This B&N is spacious, well -laid out, has a fun kid area, the latest books and a large discount section. I guess they all have a lot of toys as well, from Melissa and Doug stuff to Legos. Prices are higher than Amazon but they do have a paid membership which provides discounts and other perks.
