BOOKOFF Little Tokyo (Ani-Lab)

Probably the best store in little tokyo, it's fine even comparing to the legendary bookoffs is japan. Great items, very low prices for some, the gachapon section has a lot of great stuff. I deadass found a 90$ sally the witch figure for 25$, I recommend this store a lot. Now I have a fridge creature, thanks bookoff.

Can be very overwhelming as there is a lot of stuff here and with that, a lot of people. My teenager is really into anime shows so this store was a must visit for him while we were in town. He found a few things but it would take a lot of sifting through items to find the things he would really want.

This store has a lot of second hand Japanese products ranging from exclusive figurines to accessories, music, games, and small accessories. This branch of Book Off has plenty of variety and is well stocked with lots of cool and uncommon items for sale. Location does get a lot of foot traffic but the store is pretty large enough to accommodate. The general mood here is very cheery and bright among visitors who are browsing for their next treat.

Such a cool vintage shop! There’s a huge variety of figures, cards, and manga. Definitely worth checking out if you enjoy hunting for unique collectibles.

One of my most beloved stores in little Tokyo! Their prices are reasonable, and you get a 30 day return window when you buy anything. This is my go to place now for CD disc! Large section and I always love to stop by to see what they have new. I also got a Overwatch Tracer Figure that looks incredible for a alright price. Store clean and well organized with professional employees. Always will be coming back for more what this store provides.

Book Off in LA is pure chaos in the best way possible. It's packed with all kinds of random cool stuff - manga, comics, used books, collectible cards, anime figures, keychains, pins, old video games, DVDs, and a ton of other nostalgic junk you didn’t know you wanted until you saw it. The store has that slightly messy vibe, but that’s part of the charm. You never know what you're gonna find - sometimes it's rare Pokémon cards, sometimes it’s a Sailor Moon stuff or a Game Boy from the 90s. Even if you don’t plan to buy anything, it’s always fun to walk around and dig through the shelves. Great place for impulsive finds or just killing time when you're in the area.

Not sure when BookOff came to America— maybe I just never noticed but this new addition to Little Tokyo was pretty nice to see. Pretty small store but packed with anime figurines if you’re into that! One thing they could work on however is getting more manga and books! That would definitely be great
