Stopped by here during my self guided tour of UTK. The store had a great variety of items from clothing to home goods. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. Decent store.

Tammy was VERY helpful on the phone and in the store as I tried to find parking AND then, the perfect hoodie for my husband! I know there are other locations but the selection in the store on campus is VAST!

If you’re looking for a large selection of Tennessee Volunteers memorabilia or gear this would be your go to spot. Located across the street from Neyland Stadium. Not really any close parking near the store unfortunately.

The store is great atmosphere. However the staff there are young but they were doing everything they could she made sure we knew what time they closed and all they kept talking about was how much they were ready to and they were not helpful. All they talked about was their personal lives and what they were doing that night instead of assisting and helping if they had done that we probably could have gotten out earlier so they could go party. We only spent about 600 dollars maybe a little more but it was his first time there from Houston along with my wife and wasn't a great experience. However amazing selection of products good luck getting any help though.

They have just about anything and everything you can think of to represent the Vols! Conveniently located on campus for students and fans alike. A bit pricey on some of their merchandise. Expect to pay $20 for a coffee up and your typical hoodie runs about $75.

VolBooks has been good in the past, but I don't understand what is happening this semester. I was promised a different arrival date four different times over the course of a 2.5 week period for a book that I had for a class though Total Access. Each time they got a book in, it would be a couple at a time, and our class has 20 students. If I knew it would take this long, I would have opted out of Total Access and just gotten the book on my own dime. After discussing with students of other classes, I learned that this seems to be a widespread issue that does not just affect my classes. I really hope VolBooks management disorganization and lack of preparation does not happen in future semesters 🙂
