Ploghvey KPOP

Ayo! So I have only recently gotten into Kpop and it was actually the staff working there that helped me start with my friend Luka. I only started with Twice and they had me broaden my horizons and now I listen to SKZ, Ateez, BabyMonster, Ampers&one (specifically suggested by the amazing fellow that works there, love em), and Aespa. Whenever I visit with my friend they always welcome us in, checks to see if we need any help, and always gives us advice if we are confused on a version of an album. Plus I’m a big foodie so the bun selections they have? Fire! I just gotta get some winter melon next time. But yeah this store is amazing. I come to visit almost every week when I am off work. I usually never leave without purchasing anything. I’m excited to keep coming back! Also to the lovely person who blessed my friend with like for Sunoo- thank you! I love this store! They have lots of cool events and always have the newest stuff! The staff are so sweet, they always give me lots of lomo cards with my purchases! They are also so very attentive to make sure they are cards of groups or members I like. It’s the only place I have to buy some of my merch without ordering it online and waiting months to get it. Very thankful for them.

I have never had a bad experience with this store. Although I have only been two times, the staff has always been kind. The first time I visited there was this amazing lady that explained stuff to my family that came in with me. She even gave my toddler brother a lomocard because he was looking and touching the official photocards. I can understand the pricing of somethings are too much for some people’s liking, but some need to understand this is a store like any other. Many stores always overprice things but this is how they make profit! I seen some reviews talking about the cafe section of the store, and yes I do believe it is a little miss leading. But other than that, this store is amazing as well as the employees!

We love going to Phlogovehy kpop! All of the staff areso friendly and kind. My son loves everything they stock. We really appreciate the time they take to supply albums/fan kits/ merchandise that is hard to find. If you have not visited this store please do! You will not be disappointed 💜 also add their social medias for updates on stock!

I’ve been here multiple time, I was there when they had their grand opening too. That’s was a lot of fun. I can understand why some of the people think the workers are rude but I do think they just want to let the customers look on their own. They will answer questions and be very helpful if you ask, this isn’t a chain store or a big company. You cannot expect to get customer service like you would at a Chick-fil-A here, they just work here dude. They are very helpful if you ask. I forgot I ordered an album in October and I didn’t pick up for like 3 months. They emailed me about it and reminded to pick it up. No rude comments about it, just a very nice reminder to come and get it. Overall a nice staff, not just very overly friendly and outgoing(and that’s perfectly okay, if you want a very outgoing staff go to Dutch bros where they are all hyped up on caffeine). It’s a chill vibe in my opinion.

This is my happy place! My husband I love perusing all of the albums, merch, treats, and fanart. Even on the days that we just plan on window shopping, we always find something awesome and have to have it, so our collection had grown significantly. Very clean, staff is friendly, and they even give out freebies! They also host lots of fun events!

The staff here is amazing! They are always so friendly and helpful. I come here multiple times a month especially on restock days. This is always the first place I go to when getting my Kpop stuff. I love how you can preorder items on their website. They always keep us up to date on their instagram. I always recommend this place when I run into other Kpop fans in Knoxville.
