I loved this location, we had family in town so we decided to stop by the mall. This location was very well stocked and organized. The staff is very helpful and they have a bunch of great items from books, cds, and collectibles a plenty. They have something for everyone here, you won't be disappointed!

Barnes & Nobles, at the FSK Mall, is a great bookstore. The staff is always friendly, and the selves are always orderly and neat. It is easy to find what you are looking for, and of course a few things you didn't realize you needed 😆. No technology comes close to the feel of turning the pages of a god book 📖. If you are more drawn to e-readers, they have that too. Of course the kids area is a wonderful spot to instill the importance of reading, and stimulation of the imagination. A 📖 with a ☕️ or 🍵 may be more your speed, and they have you taken care of. Since it is attached to the mall, be careful🧐 wandering out and back through, the books 📚 call to you, and your 🛍 multiply. We go to the libraries so often that we just hadn't made it here until now. I'm so glad that we did. It's time to take my daughter's personal library to the next level. This well organized location with its great variety of options and fair pricing is the perfect place for her. Today was a quick stop, but she loved it. We both look forward to returning very soon.

12MAR.2025 Nice, clean, and well organized. And boook for whatever you want in your life. Customer service is efficient and polite. There is a Starbucks café in there(coming in from the mall it is to the left…coming in from the parking lot it is on the right).

My husband tried returning books that he paid for with card and had a receipt for within 2 weeks on the dot and they told him he could only have store credit. What a scam. They only do this stuff because the know all of their books are double the price of what Amazon sells them for. An honest company would give people their money back as promised on their website.

This is one of the larger stores so they have a nice selection. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I love shopping in their toy section as they have some unique gifts for all ages.

THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THE STARBUCKS COFFE SHOP ON THIS LOCATION: I usually enjoy Starbucks, but the one inside Barnes & Noble was disappointing. I asked for a pour-over, and the barista (who seemed to be training someone) insisted I didn’t need one because the coffee was "freshly brewed." When I politely confirmed I still wanted it, she seemed annoyed and served it almost immediately—which didn’t seem right for a true pour-over. When I asked about their process, her response was rude and unprofessional. I still left a tip for the new cashier, who was very friendly and clearly trying her best. Starbucks should honestly be ashamed to have their name on this location—it doesn’t reflect the quality or service the brand is known for. This experience reminded me why I stick to real Starbucks stores instead of these franchised versions.
