Always a great place to go for inspiration and information. The Gingerbread Chai Latte was good too.

Great store, amazing staff. Huge selection of books. The store is clean. However the men’s bathroom. Please for the love of Jesus. Get some air fresheners and some kind of air to flow through there. I thought I was going to suffocate and die. Also the Starbucks employees have to be the worst employees I’ve ever seen. Drive to the Starbucks in Alberta Canada and you’ll get yours drinks faster. Absolutely terrible service

A wonderful bookstore with a variety of books. I would rather buy my books 📚 at this store than online at Amazon. The coffee shop is a nice place to drink a cup of ☕️ coffee, have a cookie 🍪 and review your purchases. I will miss talking to the previous manager of the store, Jenner. I know he moved on to another location, but he was always so helpful and friendly to us when we were shopping and looking for books in the store.

They have a decent selection of vinyl, wish they had more of a selection of alternative/indie music and books based on indie artists but its still cool and its fun to look around...

I got there just when one employee was opening the door young girl with slevees tattos she didn't even said Good morning I grab a magazines ready to pay an older woman short hair same she didn't even say Good morning I said """GOOD MORNING"" she didn't replay she just said Like a robot do you have a reward membership?. Every time when I come here Flint location is the same. Unwelcome and rude staff.

Such a great store to walk into. Merchandised well! Good inventory. Not too busy. Friendly staff.

Employees were helpful in finding what we needed. The store is huge with kids nooks in the children's areas. They had vinyl 🖤 albums!! There was a Starbucks cafe and they also carry Cheesecake Factory whole cheesecakes! Free WiFi. Soooo much to look at and buy... toys, collectibles, games, puzzles, book, music, electronics, gifts ..... I attached pics of my walk around the store. I love this store and wish they hadn't closed the one nearer to us.
