The Amazing Book-Store

Genuinely such a good store and a great guy running the place. Seriously. I came here back in April and I'm still thinking about his customer service. He was so beyond friendly and he went above and beyond. Prices were great. I called the day before because I've been collecting all of the cover variants of a niche indie title, and he said he had almost a full run and some duplicates with variants. I said great! I expected to walk in and go to the box where the "P" back issues were and grab what I needed, but nope! I walked in, he recognized me assumedly by voice or me saying I was coming in by in the morning, and pulled out a stack of all of the issues that he had in stock. He had picked them out for me and kept them sitting by, and he gave me a great deal. Such a nice guy, gave me the history of the business when I asked, and he completely brightened up a cold rainy day. He was my first stop on a hunt of the area's comic shops for this title, and it was my favorite stop, too.

I love this place... it's very small but they have lots of back issues workers are kind of quiet but they're all very nice and it's always very clean in there highly recommend it I'll definitely be making this my regular Friday shop

Amazing customer service, greeted my 11 year old son with conversation, and free comics, free reading materials. Engaged his curiosity, all the while making the atmosphere safe, enjoyable.

Best comic book shop in Michigan!

The whole staff is very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. I've been going since November of 2020 and my new favorite day of the week is Wednesday because of these guys and their shop! It is so easy to get caught up in conversations with Dwight, Curtis, and Helen. I usually spend at least an hour in there weekly. It is DEFINITELY the high spot of the week for me! Thanks to all the staff for keeping up on the AMAZING store. I look forward to seeing you guys and the kitties every week!

Very friendly and a good amount of various comic books i found stuff i didn’t know existed will definitely be coming back

Incredibly nice people, lots of stuff. Have great selection of new and old comics, always a deal. If they don’t have it they will offer to order it for you. They really go out of their way. It feels like a good family place. My kids love their store, and then play with their cats before we leave.
