This Barnes is like five of ours rolled into one. Even the Starbucks inside here is bigger than their stand alone stores, it seems. It is well organized and the staff is always friendly and ready to help. They are like really knowledgeable librarians, but way cooler and without the living alone with twenty cats and a distaste for children and voices above a whisper, kind of vibe.😉🙃😄

A great place to spend my morning (or anytime) 📚 reading, sipping hot coffee and enjoying the atmosphere. The employees were very friendly & helpful. There's a Cafe within the book store, too. 📖 I purchased 3 books and browsed through another one. They also have kids activity books, games, & puzzles. The photo attached is of the 3 that I bought.

Barnes and Noble is always a great place to go to get books, journalling necessities, self-improvement work books, and so much more! The only difficulty during my last visit was not having anyone available to help find locations for what I was looking for, nobody was available to answer any questions and the only other employees were at the register helping a line of people with their purchases - unable to clear the line to be able to possibly ask them questions. The bathroom was not stocked with toilet paper, soap, water etc. and made it impossible to wash hands properly after using the restroom.

Love the store, huge book selection! Includes coffee shop inside and great gift options e.g., leather notebooks, bookmarks, calendars, puzzles, etc. Fun kid section including books, staff readings, toys, crafts, etc. Worth the visit. (Bet you won't leave empty handed!) Enjoy!

I go here like 2-3 times a week. I like manga and my gf loves all kinds of books. The employees here are always super helpful and nice whether it’s us asking for sports/Pokémon cards, giving us recommendations of books they enjoyed reading from similar authors, or needing help to order a book they didn’t have in stock !! Shoutout to the employee Summer, she was an absolute rockstar with helping us recently !!! This place is always our go to 🙂

This is the second time that I've been in and staff were not very friendly or helpful when asked questions. Me and my son were asking an employee if they had the books he was looking for somewhere else and the employee was short with us and was walking away while answering. The cashier was not friendly either about me asking a question on ordering books. We were nice, I just feel like we should get the same in return. My son says " well, that's what happens when you don't like your job"... What an example.

Books stores are my mother ship, and today I was in Eugene and was so excited to go to Barnes and Noble , I was looking for a book and went to the information desk and was told very rudely that she was helping someone else, I waited and she finished helping the other person and then she looked at me totally ignored me and started packing books away. I will not spend a cent there again and rather go to my local towns small book shop who are friendly, helpful and I can order most things through them. It really left a damper on my whole day as I was leaving the store I saw her helping another person . Will never go again.
