KPOP NARA

This shop is great! They have albums, photo cards, light sticks, and so much more! I’m visiting for an Enhypen concert and they had a cute wall of messages from customers to Enhypen and cardboard cut outs of the members. I really recommend this store!

surprisingly decent prices. i compared the official twice store website prices to kpop nara's in store prices to make sure i wasnt getting ripped off, & was pleasantly surprised to see they were very similar to each other! maybe it was $2+/- but fairly similar 🙂 the staff was kind of stand offish but i honestly didnt mind bc im shy, & sometimes wanna be left alone while browsing. i bought 3 TWICE albums, & will be back for the light stick soon!!

I went here for the first time at the end of June, and it was a really hot day in Chicago. They had an air conditioner that could not keep up with the size of the building. It was like 80-plus degrees inside! SO HOT that you could not even think! Also with the popularity of K-pop and more K-pop concerts happening in Chicago, you would think they could restock their shelves more often. We went to this store and everything was picked over. After waiting outside for 30 minutes to get inside with no air and practically "everything" sold out, it was a big letdown. With a bigger city, you would think to constantly have stocked albums of all groups. Especially the popular idols. Oh, and another weird thing, they only let a select few people in at a time, inside the store. So you must wait outside in the heat or cold to be let inside to look around. It was a fairly "bigger" store compared to the other ones in town. But still, a lot of work to be done with this store and how it is run and stocked... Kind of disappointing to be honest.

love the store itself and the collection of kpop albums they have is always awesome, but the staff here are Awful! i don’t say this lightly as i work in a customer/people facing job as well and understand how it can be, but the customer service has been bad so many times that it feels like it’s more than someone just having a bad day. in the multiple times i have gone the staff do not say hello, are scrolling through their phones, are not helpful at all when you ask questions, and make snarky comments/act sarcastic when you are trying to be polite. i’ve been going to this store since it’s opening and the staff they had when they first opened were much more polite/friendly. i hope that they train their staff better/monitor interactions in the future as i foresee them losing a lot of potential customers due to this issue. my advice is to make sure you know what you want and to not plan on asking any questions before you go in or you’re going to leave very upset lol

It was really nice! They even had albums that had just came out which I didn’t expect, and they had many light sticks and pcs!! I really recommend coming here it is amazing!

this was about my 10th (or more?!) time coming here since moving to chicago!! i love this store so much! they have a great selection! My past few visits I have been disappointed to find they have had a small selection for SHINEE albums but this visit i was happy to find they have really brought in a nice selection for them! they have about 3 rows full on a shelf, before they only had about half a shelf row full. i like the separation between the boy groups and the girl group albums! i think in comparison to other kpop stores they have such a wide selection for non album merchandise too! i am sad i missed out on the RIIZE jerseys but i am happy they still have to tshirts! they offer lightsticks too at a great price (looked all to be about $70-$80?). my interactions with the staff have been nothing but positive! the staff member of called to yesterday who helped me pick my pobs was so friendly and great to talk to! i think their name was Emily or maybe Emma?! 10/10 would recommend kpop nara to any kpop fan looking for somewhere to visit!

One of the best if not the best kpop store in the area. However, they do have a no return/exchange policy (which makes sense since people could take photocards, etc) and tell you to check and make sure you're buying the right thing. I should've listened/checked because I bought a $20 exo lightstick charm and when I got home and opened the box, it was completely empty with no charm inside, and not sure if I can prove I wasn't the one who did it for a refund.
