Ravenswood Used Books

The old woman working here with the Karen haircut is incredibly rude. I went into this shop looking to buy a few books. I am disabled and hard of hearing, and I was on a phone call with my brother (in Spanish). She interrupted me to yell at me saying "You are TOO loud on that phone". I would recommend going to literally any other used bookstore in the city, this one isn’t worth the disrespect and poor customer service.

Wonderful experience! An EXCELLENT selection for a used bookstore. Better than most book stores because it gives you so many options you may not have considered - you can tell they put in the effort. Comfy, welcoming, and full of great books. A new favorite place!

Spent so much time there. Great variety of books. Kinda organized but I would work on that a little bit. Other than that, loved this shop.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. When you think of magical book stores with reasonable prices. I absolutely love the fact that there are comfy places to sit while decide which books to take home. I wish this book sanctuary stays for a long time and hopefully expands!

I love the labyrinthine space with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. Fairly organized with a reading nook at the back.

A charming and friendly little maze of a bookstore, well worth a visit! I found a great book of poetry and the staff was super helpful and nice.
