Amazing experience at I Go Tokyo! I had a surprise Valentine’s Day gift planned while my wife was shopping, and Lydia and Shawn went above and beyond to help me pull it off. I reached out to them, and they were incredibly helpful—grabbing the items from the shelf, organizing everything perfectly, and even adding gift paper in the bag. Thanks to them, I was able to completely surprise my wife with an amazing gift. Their customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate the extra care and effort they put in. Love this place. Parking is in front of the store and nearby. I would highly recommend as their products are all sourced from Japan . Purchased some great items the other day and will return as much as possible !

I haven’t enjoyed shopping this much in a long time! I Go Tokyo is packed with beautiful, cute, and delightfully quirky items—there’s something to discover around every corner. I went in just to browse and walked out with way more than I ever expected (and zero regrets!). If you love unique finds and fun design, this place is an absolute gem.

My favorite shop in Chattanooga! There’s a little bit of everything. I always come here first to look for a gift knowing it will be unique and great quality. I’m especially thrilled with their stationery and sticker selection. Staff are informative and happy to help.

Might be the cutest shop in all of Chattanooga. The perfect place to browse for gifts or find your next adorable tchotchke. The store is filled with happy sweet lovely items and just walking inside is instant smiles.

This shop is a complete delight! I found it while looking for a store near me that stocks Traveler’s Company notebooks, and my family and I have frequented this store ever since. It is well stocked with beautiful, genuine Japanese items. Everything from Studio Ghibli items to pottery to stationery, and more! It meets the need in Chattanooga for a quality stationery store. Traveler’s Company, Midori notebooks, Kobe ink, and fountain pens (including TWSBI, Kakuno, and Sailor) are just a few of their quality stock to be named. It is a delight to explore what they have to offer, and it feels like they constantly have new stock! Definitely one of my favorite stores in Chattanooga. It’s a gem.

Very cute shop that feels like a number of small gift shops in tokyo. This business is a highlight for shopping in the area and should not be missed when walking around. There is something for everyone in this store and the people working are very knowledgeable.
