What a cozy book shop! Definitely a hidden gem in our neighborhood. Perfect to browse for gifts. There is a large kids section with a wide range of pricing. I found plenty of paperback kids books for $5.99. There’s tons of cute and quirky gifty items- you could get a cool tote or gift bag, a fun mug, and of course books and stickers!

Our family loved getting books in this adorable, new bookstore! The owner is so nice and is very passionate about books. We love what they did with the space and book selection - they have a wonderful kids section in the back and lots of comfortable chairs and sofas around the store. We will be coming here regularly!

Cute little independently owned bookstore, I loved that they had coffee and a place to sit. Their books are all new full priced and they also have some cute crafts and other merchandise.

A good bookstore is hard to find. A great bookstore is an impossibility. So I thought. Yet here is the newest gem on the literary scene, the Goldilocks of Charlotte bookstores, not too big, not too little, with all the just right you'd ever dream of reading about. With a kind staff, a heart for their community, and a handsome devil of a proprietor; now and always, make mine Troubadour.

Visited here today on a Sunday afternoon. I am a great lover of books so I was happy to see a new bookstore in the area. The likes, I liked that there was so many books and cool crafts for kids. There was a nice selection of children's books and little do it yourself crafts for them to try. Also they had journals and an eclectic jewelry selection of earrings. There are comfy chairs to sit in and they have hot coffee available. I didn't notice any charging outlets while there, so it may not be the best place to charge your phone or laptop. They are part of the upcoming book crawl with other local bookstores in the area. The only thing was I wanted to sit down enjoy my coffee and read the back of the book I had picked out to guage if it was something I would want to read. I felt the employee hovered a bit and I felt uncomfortable when the employee wanted to hold the book at the front. I wanted to sit read the back cover and enjoy the coffee. It did lessen the book expierence for me. I did purchase a book I was more certain of , but I would have liked to have felt comfortable enough and less pressured to decide if I wanted the other book or not. I'm thankful to see more bookstores in the area though and wish them success . Blessings.
