If you are after Chabad "sforim" - this is THE place to go. This is the bookstore of the publishing arm of Chabad. My only problem is that oftentimes I have no other choice than to go there to see a particular book - Kehot website is absolutely anemic and seemingly stuck in Web 2.0 years.

I ordered a Haggadah for Pesach. They sent me someone else's order, it wasn't the same language or type of Haggadah I ordered. Two day ago I reached out to customer service and they were super unhelpful. I asked for a new one to be reshipped with expedited/overnight shipping, since Pesach is soon. Told me they would talk with the supervisor. I sent an email. I didn't recieve a call or anything back, just a receipt in my inbox yesterday of a new order. I got a one line email from Menachem "Your hagadda was shipped." No greeting, no apology for the mix up or anything. Today I got a shipping notification that the order will arrive on Monday. The Seder is Saturday and Sunday night, which means I won't have a Haggadah this year. I tried calling and emailing but there's no reply.

With how vital this bookstore/publisher is to our community they have no need to be as polite and helpful as they are. We are tremendously lucky that those working here understand the tremendous role of this humble storefront.

Excellent and friendly service. The store is super neat and organized. It's very easy to fine any sefer. I enjoy browsing the latest titles in the front of the store. There's always something new and interesting coming out.
