Western Associated Students Bookstore

The store has a wide variety of WWU merchandise. The staff is friendly and fast. I couldn’t find my size in a few of the items. I think that was related to the supplier changing.

It states Saturday is open i am currently here right now and the doors are locked and it was during the time frame specified and the actual phone call, as well as the actual posters show that is actually open for today. So for whatever reason they're closed, so they should not actually advertise that basically they're open on saturdays if they're not really gonna honor that.

The staff was nice & there are plenty of supplies & the hours are great for the weekends

The employees are friendly. They have good merchandise. It would be awesome if they had some regular items that were specific to teams ("WWU cross country"), but they may be restricted from doing that.

The employees are always very helpful and can point you in the direction. There is also a lot of cool stuff you can get here as well as just some necessities like cold medicine if you need it. A little more expensive than other stores but good in a pinch.

In regards to their online orders: Several times I've been waiting weeks for a book to "come in" after ordering it online. When there is a copy of the book that is sitting on the shelf in the store. So I've had to cancel an online order to just buy it in store way too many times. Also apparently their payment security isn't up to snuff because we just had a credit card stolen after using their site. Neat.

Very nice bookstore with a good gift selection too. The staff have always been friendly. I'd come here much more often if not for the parking situation. There's no nearby public parking - just student parking lots, and even those aren't very close. Or cross your fingers and try to get street parking a couple of blocks or more away.
