Despite the somewhat complicated pricing scheme it's free book plus handling at Amazon. Buy with confidence. And Amazon cannot be browsed for treasure hunt. A must visit in the high desert. You won't know what book you want to read before you walk in. October 22 update: Prices gone up to $4 any book but still beats Amazon by a country mile. I'm ashamed to say almost every book I ordered from Amazon showed up here later, and cheaper. Support your local small business and browse often to discover hidden gems. Not only Lee child and Tom Clancy are well represented, there's John Keegan, JFC Fuller, Stephen jay Gould, Richard Dawkins,. B h Liddell Hart and many more. Holds the record of having Graham Greene among all bookshops. Ubeatable prices. Firmly recommended. Look here first before going to Amazon.

I am a book lover, I saw so excited to come to this store for the first time. I walked in and the lady behind the counter didn't say hi (but said hi to others), never asked if I needed help but heard her say it to a few other people. Once I left I said "bye, thank you" and nothing. I'm not sure why she didn't say anything to me the whole time I was in the store but I definitely didn't feel welcomed. I will not be returning but I will say it is a nice book store and had lots to choose from.

Called them a few weeks ago asking if they bought books, told them what I had. Was told to bring them down, when I get there was told they are not interested in the books. I had told them over the phone what I had. Thank you to the lady who answered the phone for wasting my time and my gas really appreciate you I plan on never doing business with you guys thank you have a wonderful and blessed day

Called to see if they would take in Mangas I had for sale Mangas are Japanese comic books, before I could fully ask my question the lady hung the phone up. I don’t know how y’all are in business regardless if you’re a small business or it’s a family business regardless that behavior isn’t acceptable. If you can’t take in question or don’t know how to answer it just explain that you are not informed to answer.

This is an amazing used book store that is run by a friendly helpful woman and a twenty two year old cat. It is loaded with every genre of books you can imagine and at only four dollars each. You just can't go wrong with that. They have paperback as well as hardcover and if you can't find what you're looking for or need suggestions on what to read, she is more than happy to help. She takes cash, credit and debit cards that can be inserted only. (no checks or slide cards) There is ample parking in a convenient location. Go in and look at all there is to offer and if you are a teacher, there are all kinds of dictionaries and reference books at the entrance.

A small but very well filled book shop. There many genre sections in the shop labeled and organized mostly by author last name. Prices are very good and the books are all mostly in good shape + there is a cat that sleeps on a chair by the door and in the window and it's very cute

This is an awesome used bookstore. Great customer service and good price (only $4 per each use book, same price for hard or soft cover). I was impressed by their selection of books. Will be back to buy more books.
