Beauty and Bloom

I recently went to Love beauty and Bloom to get a money piece and a haircut. I absolutely love how the blonde turned out for the money piece, especially because she was working with black box dye on bits that had been bleached previously. She did wonderfully getting the color out and the blonde turned out amazing. The salon itself was very clean, very inviting to be in. All of the staff were very sweet and kind. Offered multiple times for snacks and drinks throughout the appointment. The only downside to the appointment was I did not leave with the haircut that I had asked for. At the time of the appointment while I was checking out, I did not mention it but it was significantly shorter than I had asked for and it was not in the haircut shape that I had showed pictures of to my stylist. At the end of the day I had been there for 6 hours and I did not mention it at the checkout as I had places to be after the appointment and was not willing to spoil the lovely experience of the salon for any of the other customers there. I also understood that there was no way to put hair back on that had been cut off. I had very long hair down my back and made it clear to my stylist that my length was very important to me, but I was willing to cut off what was needed to preserve the integrity of my hair. Before applying color remover she cut off what I assumed were my dead ends and my hair was still very long like I wanted. I asked for a v-shape cut in the back with layers and included the pictures that I had showed my hair stylist. I left with significantly shorter hair than I had walked in with and that I had after my dead ends were cut off. The ends are also very blunt and it does not taper to a v in the back like the photos I showed the stylist during the appointment and hair consultation. Other than that I had a very lovely experience. Every staff member I had interaction with was incredibly kind and sweet. My hair stylist was very kind and got me to the perfect blonde that I wanted even though she was not working with a virgin canvas of hair. I would absolutely recommend this salon. Overall, the appointment was very pleasant and the cost was very reasonable. I understand that if I was unhappy with my haircut I should have said something at the checkout but I had already been there for so long and had places to be and did not want to spoil the experience for any other customers. I have included pictures of the haircut I asked my stylist for, as well as pictures of how long my hair was before the haircut and after the ends were cut off for the color remover and of course my hair after the final cut and color. Again the salon is absolutely amazing the staff is wonderful and my stylist was great other than not receiving the haircut I had in mind.

I had an oxygen infusion facial with Taylor and it was amazing. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and goals, and customized the experience to accommodate my wants and needs. She knew exactly what my skin needed! I feel rejuvenated and was glowing all day after my facial. I got so many compliments and will definitely be back. She’s amazing!

BCM seamlessly did hair and makeup on 11 people for my wedding! With so many people, they remained on the timeline and nothing felt rushed. They had it down to a science and made everyone feel so beautiful! I want to shout out Kristen, she did makeup and she is the absolute BEST! From finding her on Instagram I knew I wanted her to do my bridal makeup and WOW did she exceed my vision! She is the sweetest most gentle and calm person and is the best at what she does! Also Lindsay nailed my vision for a low bridal bun and was such a joy to be around! These ladies as well as the rest of the team were all incredible! Everyone in my bridal party looked stunning and had so much fun along the way! Thanks BCM!!

The beauty crew girls are some of the best in the business! My bridal party and I had the absolute pleasure of working with beauty crew for my wedding this month and they absolutely KILLED the makeup. Everything was flawless and my entire bridal party was in awe, they felt so amazing. Would highly recommend this team for wedding glam!

I last minute wanted to do a drastic cut and tried Beauty and Bloom without knowing any of the stylists. They got me in the next day with Lydia, who was so kind and professional and did a great job! It wasn’t exactly what I was wanting when I left (because I wasn’t being super clear) and she got me in just a couple hours later and made it exactly like I wanted. Such a great experience, I will be seeing her again!

I had the worst salon experience I’ve ever had at this place. I came in with a clear picture of the haircut and color I wanted after booking my appointment in advance. I was reassured that it would be no problem and the stylist could easily achieve the look based on the photo I provided. Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from the truth. What was supposed to be a straightforward hair appointment turned into a 6-hour nightmare. I left the salon with two completely different hair colors, which was not what I asked for. The stylist, Bek, struggled to get it right, and even after redoing it THREE times, it still looked nothing like the picture I showed. To make matters worse, I could see the other employees at the salon attempting to guide Bek on how to fix the issues, but nothing worked. I was visibly upset throughout the entire process, and to be honest, I left feeling completely frustrated. It was a waste of my time and she ruined my hair, and I’ll never be coming back. If you’re looking for professional, reliable results, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

I had not had my hair cut in over a year. I just have not found the right person near my home. But as it had been a year, it was time. I looked up salons close to where we would be on vacation and found Beauty and Bloom. I love the site as I was able to find out more about each stylist. I am sure others would have been fantastic as well, but I am SO GRATEFUL that I chose Isabella! She took time to find out about me, about my hair, about my lifestyle, about what I really wanted in a style - then she TOTALLY DELIVERED!! I LOVE my hair - and just got one of the best compliments from a student that I work with that I had to share. He said: Kendall, that bob is FIRE! That compliment on my first day back from vacation - from a senior in high school - made my day! Isabella is the best! AND I will definitely be making an appointment with her again for next year!!!
