When I walked in, Josh was completing a makeup session with a client. She was RAVING about how much she loved her makeup and kept talking about how much younger and beautiful she felt. I was fortunate enough to spend a day of private tutoring with Josh for lash extensions. I was looking to expand on my training and I knew I needed someone that would guide me towards perfecting my craft. I sought out his expertise as a 20 year vet in the beauty industry and I could not be more satisfied with my experience. He made the day completely seamless and relaxed. We spent time going over training material, then worked our way from revisiting the basics on a mannequin, to working together on a client, to me working on another client solo. The upgrade I received to my confidence as a service provider is completely invaluable. The energy that Josh possesses is so warm and inviting, you can see how he lives in his passion for sharing self confidence through the way his clients interact with him and the way he makes you feel! Choosing Josh was the best step I could have taken and he will be my go to for mentorship, as well as personal services from here on out.

We went in to learn how to do makeup for my wedding and absolutely loved it! He was super helpful with product recommendations and techniques, and overall did a great job teaching us how to do more of a "natural" look. Would definitely go again!

Josh Penning is AMAZING!!!! He is so talented with makeup. Every single one of my bridesmaids who got their makeup done was obsessed with their faces!!! Not only did the makeup turn out gorgeous but it lasted all night long which is what I was worried about. Josh did the makeup for my wedding, and it was a great experience from start to finish! I went in for my makeup trial a few months before the wedding, and Josh was able to create a skin care plan to help my skin clear up and feel more healthy for my big day. I was so impressed by his ability to customize my services based on how my skin was progressing. In just a few weeks my skin was looking and feeling so much healthier! As for the wedding day, Josh was able to create looks for myself and bridesmaids that were stunning! I like my makeup more natural, and Josh was able to create a look that was glamorous enough to make me stand out but still natural enough that I felt like myself. Josh has such great energy and is so much fun to work with! I would absolutely recommend Josh for any of your beauty needs!
