Adeelle was amazing at styling my natural 4C hair. She is very professional and on time. I didn’t have to wait when I arrived for my appointment. She took the time to understand the style I wanted and she made my hair look even better than the picture. Her pricing is very reasonable. I will keep coming back.

I came here last week for a silk press, but instead; my hair was flat ironed repetitively. I was told that a spray would give the silk press effect, but it did absolutely nothing. My hair was entirely stiff and smelled horribly of burnt hair when I left. The trim I was given was also devastating, very uneven. The blow drying process was a rough experience because she started from the roots to the bottom and it was very painful. Once I washed out the hair style a few days later, half of my hair is currently damaged, due to the excessive amount of heat and multiple times she went through with 3 different flat irons (insane). Never coming here again and I do not recommend to anyone seeking a silk press. You’ll just leave with your hair severely damaged for an overcharged price for a "silk press". UPDATE: I called shortly after a reply to my review was posted by the manager (who was not present during the appointment) to address how truly shocked I am of the degree of falsities in their reply. It’s very sad that they are blaming me, their customer, for their wrongdoing. I was continuously gaslighted over the phone by the stylist and was met with rude replies over my response that my hair is deeply damaged due to the stylist’s excessive use of flat ironing my hair during the appointment. Instead of taking responsibility and being receptive, this salon has resorted to putting out false statements, defending themselves, and not owning up to what was done. Very unprofessional and did not listen to what I had to say at all. I was talked over many times over the call and this made me greatly upset. I am appalled that this is the customer service I’ve received, especially since I came here to do my graduation hair. When a customer tells a business that they are not happy with the service, they should take responsibility- not attack the customer. The manager reached out to me, told me she would resolve the situation by the end of the day yesterday (5/22), and never did. This salon does not care about their customers and their experience at all. I highly do not recommend to anyone, especially those with 4c hair, to come to this horrible salon with rude and disrespectful staff who refuse to own up to their mistakes. Do NOT go to this salon. Protect your hair and peace, and go elsewhere.

Adeelehair has made my hair about twice within 6 months and she gave an excellent service. I saw how much she put her heart into her craft which made me vouch for her to my friends. They all had no complaints as well. I highly recommend her, you won’t regret it.

I love how she did my daughters hair, she did a really good job. And I will be back to get my hair done. I definitely recommend also she's a very nice person and respectful.

Adeelle is really professional, her space is clean and she prioritizes the health of your hair, no matter how long it takes. The Main Street location is convenient to me and she took care of my locs after they hadn’t been washed or retwisted for months. I’m very thankful for Adeelle’s hair salon.

My experience at Adeelle Hair, was excellent. I wanted to braid my hair but was uncertain about the specific style I wanted. Adeelle, the owner, devoted her time to listen to my thoughts and offered suggestions that would not only benefit my hair's health but also enable me to achieve the look I desired for the event I planned to attend. Throughout the hair braiding process, Adeelle displayed professionalism and flexibility. The products used on my scalp were rejuvenating, leaving my hair feeling soft and smelling amazing. Loved my experience here. She took her time to cut and style my hair exactly as I wanted. Given the amount of time and effort she spent on my hair, I was surprised how reasonable the fee was. Would defiantly be back again and again. Thank you Adeelle ❤️
