First, I want to give a big thank you to the owner Nicole for a wonder experience. I walked into Madonna beauty salon for the first time and I felt so welcomed. She made it so comfortable and understanding of what I wanted and did it to perfection! Nicole is great and does the best braiding around! Everyone go see her, at Madonna’s beauty salon. She won’t disappoint! Thank you Nicole!

Nicole has serious comprehension issues. She consistently fails to see things from other people’s point of view and she’s always antagonistic and defensive, largely due to her habit of misinterpreting every statement said to her. She would rather insist on being right in her own delusion than embrace facts and reality, even when she clearly has no understanding of what is being explained to her. Calling a client "mad" and "crazy" simply because they are trying to be heard is completely unacceptable. You need to address your frustration and character flaws. This is not the first time you have acted out of place. I initially thought you were just fooling around, but it is now obvious that this behavior is ongoing and requires urgent attention. Customers should not be subjected to verbal aggression or false accusations when attempting to resolve a simple billing issue. My payment history clearly shows that I paid for the service and items I purchased from you, yet you remained head-bent on your false claims about an item I never left your store with. Even after paying extra in an attempt to de-escalate the situation, you continued yelling and refusing to listen, and intentionally did a trashy job, in hopes of provoking a reaction from me. This behavior was hostile, inappropriate, unprofessional, and deeply concerning. No client should be treated this way.

I had an amazing experience getting my dreadlocks retwisted at this salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. My stylist was incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly knowledgeable about loc care. The retwist came out neat, clean, and beautifully done—exactly how I wanted it. They also gave me great tips on maintaining my locs

Best experience of my life, they know how to braid and take care of clients as well, workers are very professional and kind, the lady who braided my hair was African, she has excellent hair styling stills. She recommended me the sytle that I can never imagine it can be this good. Big thanks to Madonna Beauty, definitely recommended.

Most unprofessional hair appointment of my life. My appointment was not secured when I booked online and confirmed online. They didn’t have the hair for the style advertised on the website. I chose another style and they said it was okay, knowing they didn’t have enough hair. They started, ran out, and couldn’t find a new pack. I left with three different hairs textures on my head. They charged me $40 extra for hair we did not use. It was my first time and I was traumatized. Will never return.

Very delicate with the hair. I have a tender head and it’s hard to find hair stylist that are able to cater to my tender head. I really appreciated the service. Definitely recommend!
