I went into this salon with inspo photos (added to this review) I was told with the service I booked, that what I wanted was able to be achieved. They quoted me $175-$195. I left with barely any change but was charged $150. You may be confused why I was charged less, it’s because the stylist did less than what I asked for but never communicated that change. If I had been given the service originally booked and quoted $175-$195, what I wanted was able to be accomplished, as the stylist said in the consultation before we started. During the consultation I said I wanted it to be low maintenance, so not as thick of a money piece. I showed two photos, one specifically for placement and another for toner/placement. I spoke up at the appointment that my hair wasn’t as blonde as I expected, it looked like there was really no change. Unfortunately I had already spent longer than expected there because they had double booked the stylist I had. I also had to leave to get my child from school. The salon only offered a toner adjustment, but as you can see the toner is not the only issue, it is the lack of foils (Reminder… I booked for the appropriate amount of foils, but didn’t receive the service I booked.) No resolution has been made, no full or partial refund, or an offer to add more foils (to make up for what I originally booked) unless they charge me for another service. I will attach my inspo photos and what I left with. It’s super unfortunate and unprofessional of this salon.

My first time coming here and definitely won’t be my last! I sent my inspo pics in and they did exactly that while keeping the quality of my hair. And for the cut they took off the perfect amount and added layers perfectly so that it took away from the heaviness of my hair while still keeping the length. I didn’t take any before but this is after. Bella was my stylist and her personality was amazing and the conversation was just flowing the entire time!

This hair salon offers exceptional service and talented stylists. I received a haircut and styling that completely refreshed my look. The team listened carefully and gave helpful suggestions. The salon is clean, stylish, and very comfortable. I truly appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I've been going to this salon for 2 years now and I honestly can't say enough good things about Leiah, she is hands down the best stylist in the area. Over the past couple of years, she’s taken my hair through everything from bright bleach blonde to beautiful brunettes, and every single time, the results have been flawless. Leiah has made every appointment feel like a catch up with an old friend, she listened to all my wild stories, heard the juiciest tea and has been an ear & given me solid advice through some pretty tough moments in my life. If you're looking for someone who not only knows their craft inside and out but also genuinely cares, Leiah is your girl. She's an amazing stylist and an even better person.

I cannot rave about this salon enough, and more specifically Miss Bella. I had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. This was my first time trying a salon in VA beach since moving here, and I was a bit anxious at first, but this salon is so welcoming and comfortable. You can truly relax and chat with some amazing stylists. Bella was so attentive to what I wanted and quite literally nailed my vision. It came out STUNNING. She was such a joy to work with and I will definitely be rebooking for my touch up with Bloom Beauty Bar. Absolute 10/10.

Krista is amazing!!! So professional and delightful. I love how she made my hair color look natural. The salon overall is cute and in a great location. They have high-end products like the air wrap. They will send you a thorough online questionnaire prior to your appointment to help make great use of your time while you’re there.

I came in on the 17th of January to get layers in my hair and I even gave reference photos of what I wanted. Explained in detail how I wanted and it seemed like she understood what I was saying. When I got home my husband took a picture of how my hair looked and realized that it’s not even remotely close to what I wanted. I feel like for the money that I paid, I should gotten what I clearly explained and showed pictures of. I should’ve just went somewhere else if all she was going to do was just chop my hair straight across. Definitely will not be coming back!
