So normally I get my hair waved and colored and I haven’t gone to a hair salon in a while and not a lot of places does hair at this time so I decided to book an appointment here... I had to make a down payment and if I had to cancel I have to cancel it within the 24 hr the day that I had made the appointment or else there was a penalty fee... I went and ask them to perm my hair and I told them I wanted it wavy which I envisioned more of my normal hair style but instead I got a witch hair... it looked more like a curl than a wave and it was inconsistent through out and on top of that the hot water burn my scalp in the front... I paid 95.45 for this hair... a bit disappointed... definitely was embarrassing walking out of a salon like this

Like any salon your experience really comes down to which stylist you have. I have come here many times for my hair, and my experience has been positive . I wouldn't really recommend coming here to get your nails done; I went once and I'm not sure if it was the technician or their product, but the gel didn't even make it a week before chipping and honestly it didn't look great when it was done anyway and I never came back. The lady who does the facials is amazing. I think the prices are fair but a little on the high side.

This place deserves a 10! Deliris did my nails and eyebrows and she beyond wowed me. Just like everyone else I went in hesitant about how it would turn out. She is so attentive to detail and creative. I gave her a basic list of things I liked and didn’t like. I didn’t know what I wanted cause my week was crazy. But from the moment I walked in the salon there was a calming energy she has and just went above and beyond. She is the manager so she expects the same from her employees.

Deliris has brought back life to my hair time after time! Also rocked my nails. If you’re needing a great pick me up I highly recommend. I have gone to a number of local salons and never enjoyed the overall look more in my entire life. I will ALWAYS recommend them over and over!

Where do I start? I got to my appointment at 2:15pm with an appointment at 2:30pm wasn’t seen until 3 Was told she was with another client, but there was no client there. I was there for a fill in and the lady didn’t even have a drill . She has no idea what she was doing, it took her about an hour to do a fill. Then when it was time to paint my nail she did a terrible job. On top of that didn’t even have a nail dryer to dry my nails. I wouldn’t waste you time or money on this place. Reply to owner: I may have gotten the time a little off, but your stylist stated after already starting my nail fill-in that she did not have a drill when We asked her. And that she had to buy her own and that there was only one drill that was some other stylists personal drill. I also asked how long she’s been doing cosmetology and she told me she hasn’t gotten her liscense yet. Don’t you have to have your license before you work in a salon isn’t that a requirement? At the end of my appointment I asked about the dryer and she said it was only for the gel nails. It still took over 30 min past my appointment to be seen and no one had came to check on me while waiting. No one want an polish touch up to cover the mess that my nails are now. I will never go to or refer anyone to your establishment EVER!!!... I would expect more from an establishment that is on post, I will never go back or refer any type of business to you.

Poor customer service from manager, overpriced and under delivered services. I received a "spa" pedicure, and while the nail tech was sweet and tried to be helpful, the service was far inferior than any other spa pedicure I’ve received from other places. The only difference (aside from price $$$) from a basic pedicure is that they put "fancier" products in the water, and use a different kind of lotion on your feet and legs. Not a spa experience at all. When I expressed very politely my surprise at the minimal package, the manager basically told me I was wrong and did not respectfully listen to me, the paying customer. The polish options also are terrible- poor quality random nail polish and very limited selection . Will not return. Please do not waste your time or money here.

I made a last minute appointment on Tuesday for a fill and a pedicure. This is probably the cleanest facility i have ever seen. They have disposable liners for the foot spa. I got a new buffing square, they use disposable ones for each client. For my fill she only used a drill at the very end. my tech gave me all types of insight on nail care. The atmosphere is very spa like without the crazy prices.
