Natalie always knows what to do with my hair! She’s amazing!

Professionalism was lacking from the start with rolling her eyes at me in front of other customers. My appointment was pushed back that morning an hour already then didn't get started until 30 minutes after my rescheduled time. She was very rough on my hair and pulled on my earring with the brush many times through out the service. This appointment took over 5 hours and through out it I was uncomfortable. From gossiping about her coworker, her coworker being flat out rude to customers, and her seeming like she didn't know what she was doing. My highlight in the end turned out ok but definitely didn't look right, with some pieces of my hair being a completely different tone. The customer service and professionalism overall was horrific from both people working in the salon that day. Also, the salon could use a good cleaning.

The lady that ruined my daughters hair should be fired!! VERY RUDE and gave my daughter HORRIBLE bang cut! It looks like my daughter cut her own hair! I called before I went in, I asked if she had any time to do a bang cut on my daughter who’s never had bangs before. She’s was instantly rude. That should’ve been my first red flag to leave.. I show her two idea pictures that I want my daughter’s bangs to look like, long, and barely passed her eyebrows.I also showed her another photo of exactly what I did not want my child’s bangs to look like, I said if you cannot do this then that’s ok. I can go somewhere else.. Before she began cutting, she was very rude with my daughter with the way she was saying things like, Sit up straight, very mean tone, Don’t have your foot up here and she wasn’t kind at all, stop moving, my daughter is 5 and she was barely moving, and again her 1st haircut ever! But I do understand a child sitting still is important, but there’s a kind way to talk to a child. It could be a statue and should screw it up. My daughter even asked her why is your bottle rainbow and she was snotty and said because that’s how I bought it and it was just the whole way she talked! So I’m moving onto the haircut! She did worse than the bang cut on the photo I showed her! Her bangs are an inch long! Before she even started cutting, I said she does have the curly hair so you’ll want it to be a little long because once it dries, it’s going to curl up and be shorter. She said OK we’ll start long and then she was a smart ass and cut it to her chin and said well that’s too long. Like duhh I said you can always cut more off, but if you cut it too short, you can’t put more on. So she cuts it to a decent length and she has me hold my daughter‘s head, but I did not hold her head. I just put my hand underneath her chin so she didn’t keep looking down. But I’m facing from behind my daughter we’re not looking at a mirror so I cannot see everything that she is doing and at this point she’s allegedly just using the scissors that are too thin out the hairs so it didn’t look so chopped! She finishes and I see her hair and I instantly said omg it looks like she cut her own hair. She said (in a manner of not caring) idk what happened, I won’t charge u. N continues cutting n trying to style the very very short crooked as bangs! I was out breath heart racing I said stop please we are leaving. I stayed as calm as possible because I almost lost my self! I left in tears!!! She then takes the cover that keeps hair off ppl, and did it in a way that the hairs get all over her!! Honestly I can’t believe I remained polite calm n kind! This is insane that this happened! She was the only one there! Instant regret!! In pictures I’m uploading the photo I said I DO NOT WANT and the idea which I also verbally explained that I just wanted it long and thin looking just to the point where it would be out of her eyes oh that reminds me. She also made a smart comment saying well at least it’s out of her eye 🤦‍♀️ like seriously!!

My miserable hair days are now behind me!! Natalie was great she knew exactly how to cut and fix this horrible head of hair I had been miserably carrying around!! I left with a smile and awesome haircut,!! Shampoo cut and style.. and the cost was great.. I will definitely go back. I encourage everyone to visit Natalie, you won't be disappointed!!

Sheniece was amazing! Quick, very gentile, did exactly what I asked with my brows. I commonly end up with thinner brows than asked for, not here! So welcoming and friendly. I will return

Hair stylist was not very professional just told me my hair looked horrible and that I’m doing everything wrong. She rushed my hair(literally five minutes) Was so rude. Won’t be going back

My mother is 82 and has Alzheimer’s and had a bob style done. The stylist did a wonderful job on her hair. She was very professional, kind and soft spoken.
