I got my hair done at the Ulta Beauty Salon and Cirea reallly took the time to get my hair done right! She did an extensive moisture repair mask and she also cut and straightened my hair! She stayed extra long to make sure my hair was beautiful 🤩 I really want to thank her for her time and deification! Also the look was beautiful! Thank you!!

Several items in the store are mispriced and when I asked it to be verified, the girl working the floor told me those were the prices. Got the registers and several items rung up to be the wrong price the cashier didn’t give a care she literally looked at me as I had made up the price and wouldn’t honor the prices even on the tag. Horrible customer service and even worse price tagging. I budget how much I plan on spending and to get to the register and not one, not two but several items prices are wrong. I love Ulta, it was my first make up store I shopped at. I’m very disappointed 😔

As a first time customer Vivian made it easy and she was so helpful! She matched my color PERFECTLY (without a tester!!!) and helped me shop within my budget!

I was in Ulta beauty today and received truly amazing service from Stephanie Black. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention made my entire experience exceptional. If even a quarter of world provided the level of service she face today, we would genuinely be in a better place. She is an absolutely asset to Ulta.

i was looking around a new perfume and sophie the beauty advisor helped me find my new favorite scent! definitely will be going to her from now on.

Every time I go into this store perfumes are locked up with displays not labeled correctly and samples also locked up or empty entirely. Then I am usually followed or watched closely because I’m trying to figure out why most of the bottles are behind the glass in dark displays and not even in the correct places. Most of what is out is empty and not managed correctly. Mind you I just came to Tallahassee. This is a common occurrence in this store. I would love if the corporate office would give them a new set of security display holders and easier maybe put the perfumes in the correct place when they put the labels out. I do not feel helped whenever I go in there. I feel like I’m being questioned in a judging way. Also, I’ve inquired about samples and they act like it Is illegal to ask for those and really it’s not because why should you spend 50 or more dollars on a product that you cannot test or sample? It makes more sense to try things so that way you don’t have to spend more gas or money, returning those items in the future because of these errors on the store’s management and employees end. I feel like most of the people at the counters are not friendly. There’s a sense of judgment or entitlement upon dealing with them. I actually love ulta way more than going to Sephora but this store specifically needs to be retrained or new staff who actually care. I don’t want a stuck up or snobby person ringing me out. I don’t want to see one or two of the same employees watching me while I am just looking at how bizarre their store is with perfumes and colognes. I don’t want to be asked if I need help a million times just because I am looking at everything. And I damn sure don’t want a attitude when I check out and ask how many points I have or if there are gifts/samples available for that month.

When I went into Ulta to look at the new items, I was having a rough morning, and stephany noticed and made sure I was okay. She grabbed me tissues and wished me a better day, and it was because of her kindness that really left an impression on me. Ulta will always be my favorite place to shop.
