Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I had the most amazing facial! I highly recommend McKenzie, she was focused on hearing my skin concerns and made great recommendations. I especially appreciated how she explained the whole process. The entire staff was wonderful, I can’t wait to go again!

My visit to Hand & Stone was Awesome! All of the staff were professional and welcoming. I received a facial with the Dermaplaning service. I was very nervous, but my Esthitician Nia was very gentle and explained every step along the way. The difference in how my skin looked and felt before and after was amazing. She was also very helpful in explaing the products I needed for after care. I enjoyed the services so much I signed up for a membership. Nia will be my go to every appointment (hopefully, lol) I loved her!!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place honestly deserves one. My first visit was about 5 months ago and it is now something I look forward to all month long! I recently moved from the Midwest to Florida and it’s so hard trusting someone new with your skin. From my very first interaction with the front desk, I felt that I was in good hands. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and super kind. Which isn’t always the case! They offer a monthly membership which discounts your services and offers many other perks. After my first facial, I decided to join the membership. I’m so glad that I did! My skin’s texture, color and overall appearance has vastly improved! Lakayla is absolutely amazing, she is so talented, knowledgeable, and personable. I have learned so much about skin care and my personal skin from seeing her in the past 6 months then I have in my whole life. She really is passionate about skin care and tailoring each service to customize your skin care needs. She’s such a pleasure to work with, and I truly look forward to each month to see her and have her work her magic on my skin. I have beginning stages of rosacea, somewhat sensitive skin, and she is so patient with explaining what she recommends and makes sure that I fully understand and I’m comfortable before proceeding. I will be a member for life! I also had a massage from Chelsea , and she was just as wonderful. Very attentive to her pressure and where it needed more or less & very kind and professional as well.

I went into Hand and Stone today for a facial. I normally see Lakayla who is absolutely wonderful !! However, I booked on the app and got McKenzie… She was Soo professional and sweet !!! 💗 Also she did an excellent job explaining the steps of my facial and telling me about my skin. Lastly, she gives amazing facial massages… WOW !!! If I could give much higher then 5 stars I would… Very grateful for such a positive experience with seeing an esthetician who was new to me. Thank you again McKenzie!!! 🤩

Magaly is an amazing facial specialist! Every time I go to her, she makes me feel comfortable, welcome, and truly cared for. She always gives me great tips about products and how to take better care of my skin. She’s incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely sweet. I really enjoy my appointments with her and always leave feeling refreshed and confident. Looking forward to seeing her again at my next appointment!

First-Time Experience at Hand and Stone Tallahassee My first visit to Hand and Stone was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Sarah assisted me with becoming a member and patiently answered all my questions. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process seamless. Nia, my esthetician, delivered a phenomenal experience. She walked me through each step of the facial, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. My skin felt amazing afterward! I highly recommend Hand and Stone Tallahassee and will definitely be returning soon.

Lakayla is my first esthetician, and I lucked out with her. She is incredibly knowledgeable. I love how she explains every product she uses—how it works and why it’s beneficial for my skin. She is such a joy to be around, and you can truly tell she loves what she does. I’ve only been twice, and I’m already seeing an improvement in my skin.
