Extremely Unprofessional I had made an appointment for lash extensions and showed up 10 minutes early, waited for Diana 20 minutes, let alone no one talk to me about her not being there, after asking someone there she told me that Diana had an emergency while she was just speaking with her over the phone and offered to see me the next day If someone truly had an emergency, they would’ve called their client to reschedule the appointment. This is extremely unprofessional and could’ve been handled completely differently. I didn’t even get an apology and was basically offered Another appointment It’s OK to own up to your own mistakes, but please don’t advertise in groups that you have promotions and you want clients when you don’t show up for their appointment

I stopped by twice during their listed business hours — once on Sunday and again on Wednesday. The first time, the entire place was locked and no one was there. The second time, the medical office next door was open and the studio’s door was unlocked, so I walked in, but there was still no one inside. I even asked the medical office staff, and they said the studio was supposed to be open. I went back to my car and called twice, but no one answered. Very disappointing experience.

This place went completely downhill after some management changes ( i guess)? The service is nothing like it used to be. Every time I call to make an appointment they put me on hold for 15 minutes or more and never come back to the phone. It’s unprofessional, disrespectful, and shows how little they value their clients’ time. I used to trust this place, but with the way they’re operating now, I can’t recommend them to anyone.

I never visited Pink Beauty Medical Center back when Hassan Dawood was managing it because his reputation alone was enough to keep me away. The place had the worst image under his name. But once I heard there was new management, I gave it a shot and I’m so glad I did! The difference was insane. The new owners are incredibly professional, kind, and most importantly, qualified physicians. This isn’t just a salon anymore; it’s a true medical beauty center with educated experts who know what they’re doing. I ended up getting all my services done here and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend checking them out since this is a completely different place now in the best way possible!

I booked this salon for a party, and the new management was fantastic. Hassan Dawood had stolen my deposit before they took over, but the new team was honest, explained everything, and even refunded me from their own pocket. They turned a bad situation into a great experience—I’d definitely recommend them now!

I have never been this outraged over a business before. I booked an appointment weeks ago, paid my deposit directly at Pink Beauty Med Center, and walked out thinking I was set. I made it crystal clear this was for an important day and couldn’t be messed up.Then, at the last minute, I get this casual message telling me my stylist Hassan Dawood "isn’t with us anymore" and that somehow he has my deposit. What kind of nonsense is that? I didn’t book with Hassan as some side deal — I booked with the salon. They’re the ones who took my money, so they’re the ones responsible for it. What makes this even worse is the attitude. No urgency, no care, just a dismissive tone like I was wasting their time. This isn’t just bad service — it’s theft. And if they think they can just walk away with my money, they’re dead wrong. I will make sure everyone knows exactly how they treat their customers.

I had an outstanding experience at this salon after the new management took over. The new team is professional and truly cares about their clients. I even had the chance to sit down with them personally, and they explained how the previous manager, Hassan Dawood, had been taking clients’ deposits for himself. Unlike him, the new management went above and beyond—they returned my deposit out of their own pocket, which shows how much integrity and responsibility they bring to this business. Hassan Dawood’s actions were dishonest and disappointing, but I’m so glad the salon is now in the hands of people who value trust, professionalism, and client satisfaction. The difference is night and day. I would highly recommend this salon under its new management!
