Very helpful lady who showed me some great k beauty products!! A very nice selection to choose from!! My go to place now!!

Extremely rude disrespectful beautician, she grabbed my hand without my permission, I was very uncomfortable, untop of that she was being offensive because I rubbed the cream she put on my hand on my hand, she talked down on me to put it on my face not for hands like I am stupid or ignorant and I need to obey what tells me to do. I asked her about the section that it says for Men if it was also for hair because it was placed on top of all the hair care products so it doesn't say anywhere in the front of bottle if it is for skin or hair, since she works there it's her job to be nice to customers and not say to me ''it's for face you have to read'' in a very rude and insulting manner without any professionalism , I am clearly not lazy or ignorant for someone to tell me that I don't read or that I don't enjoy reading, it's the opposite of what she treated me, and I don't need this to be treated this disrespectful, extremely rude she is not friendly and professional at all.

Great variety of high end k-beauty products. The clerk is very sweet and helpful. She knows alot about the proper use of each product. The Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are super great. I got everything I needed. I come here alot for my skincare needs. They have very good things

This is my go-to place to get my face creams and lotions. I have been going to Aritaum for years and I love the original owner, and the new one too. They are super helpful and ask about you skin type and give their recommendations based off what you want and what you need. I end up spending more than $100 every time I go there (granted I only go twice a year), and if you make a purchase, they give samples of the product you buy which is amazing for travel. Also, if you spent a certain amount, they give full sized whatever-the-promotion is at that time. I've recieved shampoos, conditioners, umbrellas, makeup cushion packs, face masks, etc.

The sales lady was really sweet, and helpful! I went in looking for Monin, but they don't carry it. She helped me find a hypoallergenic cleanser that was a great price! She added in samples too. Super happy, since it's a bit tough for me to navigate asian skincare, given that I don't speak the language.

I went there to browse for some make-up and skincare products on Tuesday but the lady keep force me to buy high-end items and made me feel so uncomfortable.
