0/10 recommend. As soon as I walked in a gentleman asked me if my hair was real and said they don’t do wash and sets on natural hair. I said "excuse me, this is my real hair". I felt very offended and was taken back by his rude comment. He said I could only get a wash and blow and told me to wait in the back. I felt embarrassed as other hairstylists were staring at me with unfriendly faces. As someone who just combed out their locs of having them for three years I was excited to see how long my hair had gotten. I walked right out of the hair salon very unhappy, regretful, low-spirited, and heartbroken. I walked up the block to a hair salon named "Kiara" where I received great services and great energy.

Been on Staten Island pretty much my whole life heard about the place back in high school now that I live over in this area I went in and inquired about a hairstyle. The man looked at me. I guess he’s the owner or the manager like he didn’t even want to deal with me Then told me they don’t do that hairstyle and was just so nasty about it like I insulted him. Do not support this place! The business is trash!

Terrible service today. I have asked specificly the hair syle and I got somerhing else. Mary Tamar did my hair and seems like she didnt have the humor to do my hair. My hair smell burning. I told her to be careful as she was burning my head and I dont appreciate this treatment. She also was pulling my hair when she was removing the pins. Ive been very nice with them and always gaved her a tip. I also noticed another lady came with short hair and they only washed her hair plus some style she request and got charge $45. She didnt have much hair! I can detenime when I asked the owner how much i have to lay before they start to do the job he told me $45 then when I told the lady exacly what I am lookimg for, seems like she want to get pay more money (wash, cut and blow usually $30 but ending $45 plus$5 in tips) I could get a lawyer for this and file a civil lawsuit.

I'm just moving back to the Island, and before I moved Shampoos always did my blowouts. Now, I bring my daughter, whose a bit tender headed, and they're great with her too! Marta, has the patience, for those tender headed, little ones. I'd Recommend them to anyone.

Quick little spot. I was in and out. Shampoo and conditioner with a ponytail hair included can't beat the price

TERRIBLE. they had to wash my hair twice and because i had stuff still in my hair. the second time they washed it i still had a TON of dandruff in my hair and it was not clean at all. My silk press did not come out silky because of the lack of work they done. They let me leave for free because they know they did a terrible job doing it. dont come here

I went in assuming I would have great service because my mom usually goes here, I sat down for a wash and set the wash was okay Now for the blow out the guy at the front desk came to start my blow dry it seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing he didn’t section out my hair or use any heat protectant on my head before starting the blowout when I said something to him about rushing he told me he wasn’t rushing which he was I’ve never had a wash and set like that I’ve been getting them for a long time, it honestly seems like they don’t care about the hair fr only certain stylist you can tell just by the way they detangle the hair I was told mid blow dry I needed to bring my own products to the salon because products are to expensive to use on people never heard that before at a HAIR SALON I ended up getting a little heat protectant sprayed on my hair as a "courtesy" my hair still smells fried ridiculous for the amount of heat put on my head Only certain stylist supply their own products and if they don’t your hair will just be fried unless you bring your own This is something that should be told to clients before hand I even called before walking in there was no mention of this and the same guy who started my hair is the one who answered the phone TWO STARS bc they got the job done
