Courtney is a FANTASTIC stylist! Everything from cuts, color, and updos. She always does an amazing job! I HIGHLY recommend her! She has been doing my hair for 6 years now and I always get compliments on my color and cut. She did my updo for both of my children's wedding and I couldn't be happier!

Pathetic customer service. very disappointed by the treatment i got just for a simple return which was literally bought 5 mins ago and had to return because we thought we took the tester since it didn’t have enough product inside. i went up to the register with my 9 year old niece and i politely explained it to the cashier(Angelia) my reason for the return although she didn’t ask for it. and she literally denied it with a very bad attitude. Although i have all the rights to return a product if i am not satisfied. And she said the total amount of return is gonna go back in ‘CASH’ i didn’t catch the word cash so i asked if the transaction went by cash or card because i was not present with my niece at the time of purchase. she went by saying i literally said cash.and i explained it to her my reason for asking that question. she didn’t apologize she carried on with the attitude, didn’t greet me. Checking out is not the only purpose for the cashiers but also the customer service. The signs are always ambiguous and misleading and customer service is so poor its not fun at all to shop at this ulta. i wasted an hour of mine because none of the prices were correct. its a shame for the management if they don't address this problem and the poor customer service!!!!

Very rude cashiers/managers. An Elf product that I regularly buy had a sign that said $3 but it rang up $4. I questioned it and she didnt even bother to look and just said adamantly that it was $4. So I paid the extra and then went to check. I took a picture of the sign that said $3. I mentioned it to another employee. Instead of being nice in anyway she just pointed to the end of the long line and said well you are going to have to get back in line if you want the refund. Then once I got back up to the cashier they were all confused on how to be sure what the price was. I ended up just having them refund my purchase and left. I will avoid going back there. Reading the reviews it seems like people have similar expeiences with rude/condescending employees there. Ulta, please address the rude attitudes!

Wanted to return a perfume I actually bought earlier today bc I found out I can use a 20% off coupon after downloading the AP but I couldn’t find the coupon after downloading. I very nicely went up to the cashier (Patricia) and asked her can you help me find it? Only to hear "we don’t do that we can’t help you find it" I was very bummed so was my teen…I thought is this for real aren’t they supposed to help the customer? So I looked at her and said no problem return everything I bought earlier. She returned it, didn’t even think twice and then said do you want our customer service #? I said no I found it myself Ty. While talking you can hear the customer next me say to the other cashier "can I use my 20% off coupon?" My cashier didn’t even care. So I left, sat in my car in the rain and called customer service. Not to get the coupon but actually to complain. Then drove somewhere else to purchase the perfume. Horrible service tbh…. Smh she didn’t even have a long line it was me and the lady next to me. 🙁 DO BETTER hall rd Ulta!!!

I don't normally shop the ULTA on Hall Road but I was in the area and needed foundation. Hall Road is a busy road with a lot of shopping, so the store was pretty busy. Even so, Trisha was able to help me find the shade of foundation I needed and I was able to get in and out of there quickly so I could finish running my errands. The employees are very nice, the store is clean and there is plenty of parking...

The one ⭐️ is for my unfortunate return experience with the selling manager Chelsea.😞 I however want to acknowledge the professionalism of the store manager, Carrie, and the beautiful associate who processed my return. Carrie listened attentively, took my concerns seriously, and handled the situation with care, accountability, and respect. That level of leadership made a real difference and is appreciated. That said, I did experience an interaction with Chelsea, the selling manager, during a return that was very uncomfortable, off putting and inappropriate in tone. As a long-time Diamond/Platinum member, I expect returns to be handled without commentary, judgment, or assumptions. Returns are policy-based, and customers should never be made to feel questioned or shamed for using a service the store offers. I’m grateful the issue was addressed promptly and professionally by management. My hope is that this feedback helps reinforce consistent, respectful customer interactions across the board, so situations like this do not occur again. Carrie thank you again. I do hope the proper coaching takes place as stated, especially after seeing previous reviews.

Customer service is not for everyone. The older ladies at the register absolutely do not like questions asked related to points or products, so be sure to just scan your things and leave immediately! Also, when 5 employees are at the front of the store, you would certainly think you’d either be greeted, given a basket, or maybe asked if you need help finding anything. One younger lady with shorter hair was the only one walking around the store helping customers, while the rest of the payroll was talking in a group at the front of the store. Thankfully the products I did get here can be bought elsewhere, so I won’t have to feel like a bother by asking simple questions regarding products at the store they work at.
