CURLY HAIR BEWARE I have never posted a bad review before, but this haircut was so appalling I feel that I have to speak out. I had long, curly hair and went in for a trim of less than an inch to be taken off before Halloween. I told my stylist to prioritize keeping my length as it related to my costume for the next week and to smooth my layers. I told her I would be back within a month to get a proper cut to address the dead ends and shaping. Everything I told her went in one ear and out the other. She did nearly the ENTIRE CUT on my curly hair DRY! By the time she wet my hair and discovered that I had an undercut, she had already finished the haircut. That should paint a picture regarding the extent of attention she paid to my hair and to me before cutting it. In the end, after asking for a basic trim and mentioning multiple times to keep my length, she cut my hair into a bob. I have lost roughly 4 inches of hair and now have to change my costume. The cut would've been fine if it was what I had asked for. Unfortunately, it was the opposite. This is not the first time I have been ignored and my wishes dismissed by a stylist, but it is the worst. I have tried this salon multiple times and been left wanting at every occasion. I am sad to say it but at this point I will not be going back to this salon, I do not recommend it.

Always a joy and delight to see Jessica! She is very talented, listens, and always cuts and styles my long, thick, layered hair to perfection! She really takes her time and care when cutting and styling to what I had in mind. She always knocks it out of the park, and I'm so lucky to have found her! The salon is light and has vibrant energy! Love it! always a fun and lovely time 🙂

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vivianne, and I can confidently say she is the best hairstylist I’ve ever encountered! From the moment I walked in, Vivianne made me feel welcomed and at ease. Her expertise in color is unmatched; she always manages to get my color absolutely perfect, using innovative techniques that I’ve never seen before. It's clear that she stays updated with the latest trends and methods, which really sets her apart from other stylists. In addition to her coloring skills, Vivianne is incredible at cutting hair. Each time I leave her salon, I feel refreshed and revitalized, and I truly believe that the experience is worth every dime. She listens attentively to what I want and offers great advice, and if I tell her don’t know what I want she comes up with a plan I love. If you’re looking for a hairstylist who combines skill with a wonderful personality and cares about her clients, look no further than Vivianne. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I’ve been going to Rumors for 3 1/2 years now, and I still can’t get over how good it is. Ela is an incredible hair stylist and I’m not just saying that - I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone able to make me so happy about my color and the cut that she does. As I’ve gotten older my hair has become thinner and a little gray and I just couldn’t find anyone who could make it look as great as Ela does. Full and vibrant and a beautiful brown; I never would have expected that. And she’s so nice to talk with too. I’m so lucky to have found both this very good company and this amazing stylist. Every time I go it feels like a gift.

I loved the salon - clean , welcoming and professional. Yet it has a low key comfortable vibe. Lindsey did a great job on heavy highlighting my long hair - blending in greys and nice cut and blow out. She’s young and listens to what I need, asks good questions to help me land where I want to go. Promise you won’t be disappointed.

I have had Esther cut my hair several times now. I have thick, long, and curly/wavy hair. I usually get just a wash and cut. Esther does a great job of listening to what you really want, never cuts it too short and gets the layering just right. She also will often add curl products into my hair at the end as well. Her assistants always do a great job washing my hair and give you a bit of scalp massage during. Very happy with my experience at Rumors Salon.

I had Alisa. She was wonderful. A very talented,caring,beautiful listener and gave me hope!! I will be coming back to her for my hair. One suggestion. Could you give her a chair that is not broken! My back is hurting and burning still and my appointment was at 1:30-3:30.
