Revive Med Spa - Mission Valley

I’ve been coming here for regular quarterly treatments for over a decade of excellent service. Despite moves to different counties and states over the years, I only trust Kim with my face! After a skin cancer procedure, she made my face look as if I never had the procedure to begin with. I truly appreciate Kim’s professional, technical expertise as a physician’s assistant as well as her joyous smile and sparkling conversation while often feeling uneasy with needles. Kim makes the time fly and is consistent and punctual everytime. Thanks to Kim my mid life face looks more like 30, natural and healthy! They’re not the most affordable option, but when it comes to the face, I prefer trust and skill above all else. Definitely book with Kim. She also works at the Carmel Valley location.

My first impression upon walking in was extremely positive. The office space presents a clean, pristine aesthetic, and the layout of their skincare products is thoughtfully organized and visually appealing. The staff has been exceptional, providing outstanding customer service. Sarah B's expertise, depth of knowledge, and professionalism are evident in every interaction. She has addressed all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. From someone with a similar background, I can confidently say she is an outstanding asset to the team. Somebody give this girl a raise! ⭐️

Love Liza!! I've been getting filler and neurotoxins for 20 years so I'm in a good position to judge whether someone is a good injector and she absolutely is. I never bruise, she has a light touch, knows the products very well and importantly, Liza takes time to listen to what you want and gives you a beautiful, natural result.

I had a treatment with Shannon, PA, and she was absolutely outstanding. She took her time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions with such patience and knowledge. During the procedure, she communicated clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and was incredibly thoughtful and compassionate throughout. I truly appreciated her empathy, professionalism, and gentle approach. I felt completely cared for and confident in her hands — highly recommend her!

The staff and service is amazing here, they are all extremely knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. Vanessa helped me understand more about laser treatments and payment options, and they are really good about pre and post care to keep patients’ skin safe. 10/10

Annoying to deal with. All I wanted to know was the cost per laser treatment. They insisted on a consultation before they would give me any pricing. I'm not willing to commit the time to a consultation without knowing where they stand with pricing compared to other laser clinics that I have spoken to.

This company is partnered with PatientFi to push extremely predatory financing. If you do not use the treatments purchased you still must pay for them. Both companies refuse to communicate so that you are stuck with a loan for something you will never use. This should be illegal. Edit: Revive has commented, claiming to have contacted me without knowing my identity. That should tell you everything about their business practices.
