The reviews were so good that I thought I'd give this spot a try, and after my experience, I'm really confused why this place is rated so highly. I came in for a gel manicure, and the nail lady was so rough on my cuticles that the experience wasn't relaxing but excruciating. She pushed back my nail beds in a really strange, erratic way that I'm not sure she knew what she was doing and the tool kept slipping from my nail. Then she trimmed my cuticles and pulled the skin too far in many areas. My hands were burning all day from the little cuts where she literally peeled skin. Worst of all is that my gel lasted only a couple of days before it started to chip. I got them done less than a week ago and most of the gel has lifted entirely. I've never had gel last so briefly. They got busy towards the end of my service and passed me around a few times to different technicians which was a little unprofessional. Overall, their prices aren't low enough to make the aforementioned worth it, and there's nothing they offer that differentiates or makes them competitive among other salons. Cleanliness isn't great, service is not great, and longevity is not great. Don't recommend, felt like a waste of time and money which is upsetting.

Late post. I was in town for a family reunion. UnfortunatelyI didn't have a chance to get my nails done before I left nashville and stumbled upon k.Nails vince did my nails and they turned out amazing.Thank you so much

By far this is the best nail salon I have ever been to. They care about their customers like no other. The conversation alone was enough to leave me here happy. The details of the salon made it even more special. I felt like a superstar ! Snacks, drinks, even alcohol was provided for us without having to ask. Come throughout the week and you’ll get a 10% off discount. The vibes here are immaculate and I am so happy to find a nail salon home !!!

Today we had a great experience with Lily and others at the salon! My daughter who is 6 loves to get pampered. She was treated like a queen! I had Rose do my toes and they look great! Thanks for the awesome experience we will be back!

Really unsure how this business has such a high rating. I am so disappointed! It was my first time here so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I got a pedicure and a manicure (dip powder) pedicure looks great, but the dip powder on my fingernails is horrific. Tons of little bubbles everywhere, some of them are already lifting and it not even a week old yet, and my right them nail is so lumpy and uneven, my nails were also filed very crooked and uneven. Will not be back nor will I recommend this place to anybody. Only reason I didn’t give them a one star is because the pedicure wasn’t bad at all.

I am new to Texas and I have been to this salon 3 times only because it’s the only one near my home. When I have gone in the past I was never truly greeted and never asked if I wanted anything to drink…UNTIL TODAY. Today, Lily was the one that did my pedicure and she was kind, offered me a drink and talked to me and had the sweetest disposition. I felt seen today & I will only be seeing her from now on and she & her service was well worth the over 25% tip I gave her. Thank you Lily for making me feel seen, appreciated and you are still a part of the good still in this world.

Great gel manicure and pedicure!! Vincent is the best for manicures! He is patient and does the best work! He actually listens to what I want! Rose was wonderful for my manicure. I have very tender feet and trauma from cuts on my toes before. Today Rose and last time Kelvin were gentle and I was able to relax.
